Very poor customer service. Retail staff did not want to call another branch to help me reserve a book because she said that she would have to call me back. Terrible.

I count my blessings to have a good teacher here who is certainly qualified to teach. On another note, the customer service and management staff here are terrible! Please work on this.

Unfriendly and rigid place to shop for a piano. Tell you off even if you tap the keys. Might as well you just display photos of the piano at your store if we cant even tap a key.

Don't enroll your child here for goodness sake. Their accountant are so busy to even bother refunding you after collecting ur money n deposit when they claim they have enough students but actually not. Don't be another victim like me. they said they sent on the 8th but I am still waiting for their busy accountant to find time mailing my cheque even until now. That's super inefficient i guess..... Even my granny cn do it faster.

There was once I went to the Yamaha tampines branch to try out their new guitars. I tried a few guitars which took about 15 minutes. Then this young guy (probably around the age of 20) with his hair dyed blond came up to me and rudely snatched the guitar away. I was in shock but realised he was a staff member. He then rudely said that the guitars there are not for people like me who cant afford to buy a guitar to practice. (does that mean that everyone who's not wearing a shirt and tie cant afford a guitar?) I would say that generally the older staff there are pretty nice, but this guy along with his friend (who looked about his age) who was also a staff managing the guitar section were both really really rude. Terrible, would never patronize again until these rude staff are educated by management.

I was at Tampines branch 17 Jan at noon and served by Pearlynn. She is super friendly and patient with me. She explained to me on the digital piano and silent piano and played for me to listen. Kudos to the customer experience. I will definitely return to buy. Thanks so much Pearlynn Sarah Heng

Sharing my experience, the service is barely okay. However, I can understand the current situation of Covid 19, and preventive measures should be taken, but I feel that the service attitude is extremely bad. What happened: I tried their Digital Piano. The original service attitude was good. When I requested to try his Upright Piano, they approved. After trying their Upright Piano, they disinfected their "Upright Piano" directly in front of me. I can definitely understand and agree that maintaining Hygiene is very important in the current situation, but why didn't the Digital Piano I tried before you disinfect it immediately? Dare to ask, is this the service attitude that such a large company should have? The service was okay before, but the man’s behavior afterwards really made me feel extremely disappointed.
