Yamazaki bread store,many variant menu,prices are well enough,the taste also delicious,the quality are well enough,you can find the place at the bottom level of vivo city,,before you enter the Mrt harbour front station,let's try the breads

Dishonest staff added an extra item to my bill right before showing the total amount and hiding the list of items. I didn't check the total price for the 4 items I bought, so just paid and left. "Surprisingly", the cashier who entered the bill with 5 items was the same one who packed my bag of 4 items.

The service crews at VC branch need training! Bad service and rude. Asked for a bigger bag for a loaf of bread, a box of cake and some bread, the aunty show attitude and simply throw my purchase aside. What kind of service?! And when the shop is busy, 2 other staff just stood and watch when the q is forming

Dishonest shop, first time buying from this shop. I bought 2 bread and I was charged $2.40. Unfortunately I didn’t realise it sooner and I didn’t ask for a receipt. The bread I bought was 1 for $0.90 or 3 for $2.40. The cashier could’ve charged me $1.80 or say something if the customer isn’t aware instead of charging extra. It’ll be the one and only time I’ll be buying from here.

I bought 2 bread the morning before. To sum it up, the bread was REALLY good. The dough was kinda chewy? And it tasted fresh even a day later. The sauces in the bread was tasty (i got some cream cheese bun and a chicken bun or something) Would rate the bread 5/5 -1* because of rude staff (a China lady). I asked if I could pay with Grabpay. No response. So i repeated that I would pay with Grabpay. She told me to show her the screen when transaction is done. I asked her how much was the total. She did not reply again. If I keyed in the wrong amount, would that be my fault or the staff’s fault for not answering customers’ queries? Before i tasted the bread, I’d want to give a rating of 2* because of the customer service tbh. But it’s not fair because the bread was really good (after I’ve tried it). Perhaps hire staff with a better customer service and better attitude. Otherwise, throw them to the back end. It’s a pity that such a good bread store has such lousy (sorry) staff that tarnishes the reputation.

Extremely unpleasant experience. The staff at Vivocity restricted my buying power for their breads. i was told not to buy more than 5... Strange. i have to put my stand to say i am indeed buying for my extended family.. What an experience!! honestly because Google need to allow this 1 star rating in order for me to post. no star was my option. i agreed with the 5 months ago customer on her unpleasant experience.

Tried the chocolate fudge cake, which looked really tasty especially with the coat of cocoa powder. Wish it tasted half as good as it looked though… the power didn’t match the cake well, and was unevenly and poorly applied, and the powder itself was quite stale. So was the cake portion, too dry and slightly hard :/
