10/10 HIGHLY RECOMMENDED. Came here for the first time @ Jurong Point outlet. They were very different from other salons I’ve visited. My hair stylist is Jerry. I had my priorities regarding my hair and needed recommendations and suggestions. First time talking to Jerry, I was immediately impressed by how he took time to understand my lifestyle, and what suits me the most, in relation to my skin tone as well as my dressing style. As image is very important in my career, he ensured that the colour and style will fit well. At that point of time I was sold. I knew I found the right place. Jerry is very honest, professional and experienced. I never felt like someone knew my hair condition so well and exactly what I needed. After the treatment the result was immediate. My hair felt super soft. And it was the first time I can fully trust a hair stylist to do whatever to my hair! If you are looking for a place to perfect your hair… this is the place. 10/10 satisfied customer and will return. Will definitely recommend to friends and others. My first time here! The hair salon is so pretty and aesthetic!! Felt really welcomed by everyone and the hairstylists (Kathy and Yuna) really took the time to ask me about how I wanted my hair to turn out and also helped me do a scalp test for the first time!! They even chatted with me while doing my hair and were super friendly :) They also introduced other services and products they thought were good for my hair without forcing them on me. Most importantly, absolutely loved the way my hair turned out (I did hair colour and treatment) :D

It was my first experience and it was quite pleasant. Ryan was my hair stylist and he did a great job dying my hair. Although I think the color is darker than I wanted, but he reassured me that it is to make sure the color last longer after several washes, which makes sense. He is polite, patient and friendly. I also like the products (aveda, oplex) that they used. I hope the color last over time and if it does I will return again.

Exstyle stylists never fail to disappoint me on every visit I bought a package with them since last year ( Exstyle Jurong Point ) This month they have noted that it was my birthday and even surprised me with a cake! What a truly heartfelt & heart-warming experience, the stylists go beyond their way for their customers to feel appease & every cent of money spent here was so worth it! As Chinese New Year was approaching, I have decided to go for a haircut ( was very hesitant at first as im going for something that’s out of my comfort zone; shoulder length hair) However, Bryan ( Hair stylist ) did not disappoint me at all, in fact I was astonished with the great outcome! He was very meticulous with every cut. Knowing that i have a dinner later on, he went the extra mile to curl my hair and furthermore taught me how to style my new hair! immensely grateful for the team! Thank you Exstyle & wonderful Bryan! No regrets ☺️

Been with Ex Style for 2 years now. They have been very friendly and helpful in understand my hair needs. My therapist Thai has been nothing but exceptional. He has awesome service skills and is very informative. Always cheerful and accomodating as well. I look forward to my sessions monthly with him. Highly recommended. Do look for him.

So yesterday i had wash and blow done at ex style jurong point. the staff was polite and his washing was great but blowing my hair? not so much. my curls are not natural i had them permed weeks ago and normally after washing curly hair you’re supposed to scrunch them to maintain the curls but he did not and he just started blowing my hair, I did specify i do not want straight hair or styling just blow my top part flat and below i want my curls as i do not like my hair being puffy on the top. I was shocked when i had heard from him you guys do not have moisturising cream only hair oil and you guys didn’t even have water based gel. He only knew how to tell me that my hair is spoilt but still carried on using CLAY wax! which made my hair so frizzy and so ugly! I felt so humiliated and had to cancel my dinner plans because when you leave a salon after a wash & blow you’re supposed to feel good but i certainly did not. I hope you guys educate your hairstylist on curly hair. Never returning here ever again! the first photo is the one my sister took after the wash & blow and the 2 others are the one i took of my hair which i styled by myself. Is it not embarrassing that a paying customer can style curly hair better then your so called professional hairstylist?

Thai always does my scalp aroma therapy treatment, and after only 3 months of session I can feel my hair thickening and my scalp clean! The massage with the treatment is very good also, never fail to help me relax and comfy! Kathy does my hair and color and always does an amazing job! Definitely recommended!

I have been with Ex Style (Jurong Point) for a few years and I am delighted to have Winson to be my hairstylist since my 1st visit. Winson is a humble and patient hairstylist who will give his honest opinions so that I can make suitable decisions for my hair. So far I have not left the salon disappointed. Going to Ex Style is not just about getting my hair services done, it’s also I chance for me to relax (they have this essential oil massage before any hair services which I enjoyed). During my hair sessions at Ex Style, I also got to know James, a friendly customer service staff who help out his fellow hairstylist colleagues. I can feel the staff are motivated and they have close team bonding. Overall I have a pleasant experience.
