When come to my turn, my bf was sitting at the chair, the China woman ask my bf is he cutting his hair? So my bf said no, then she straightaway chase my bf out! What kind of attitude is this? Is this how you train your staff? Another thing that I'm not happy is who is she to chase my bf out, whereas I'm the customer there! There isn't any sign board outside the shop indicate "No cutting hair, please wait outside" , if you put up this sign board then all customers will know what to do? Right? I would like to make a complaint regarding her attitude, EC House management please look into it, thank you.
T	Tereza Raska on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible experience. Horrible people. Horrible place. I was waiting with my baby son for about 15 minutes. It was supposed to be fun 1. hairdresser experience. When it was our turn, I learned cash only. We left to pick up money. After less than 5 minutes, we came back. Queue went from 2 persons to 6 persons and hairdresser told us to wait all over again. My son was heartbroken because wanted to sit in the car and got impatient. We left shortly after. Will never ever go there again. Update: This is one of the rare places where kids can actually sit in the "fun chair" while they get a cut. We tried again at off peak hours and they are actually quite nice. My son is scared of the clippers and he's refusing to sit down and still the hairdresser manages to give him a not bad cut. Changed my rating from one ? to 4.

M	Mike Tay on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is one of the better barber shop in Jurong Point Shopping Centre. The shop is brightly lit and clean. After each haircut the barber would clean the surrounding area including the shelf area where the scissors and cutter are placed. Even the hairs that are on the floor are vacuum sucked clean automatically. The hair cut experience is great and is done according to customer's instruction. And the hair cut fee - $12 for adult and $10 only for senior citizen. Great deal??
O	Oscar Huang on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Really bad experience! The man did not pay attention to my request and cut it in free style, and when I asked him to at least fix the head line to normal, he said he has other customers and cannot take further time to cut. Will not cut in this hair store again!
B	Buff DK on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Haircut for my preschool kid on 16/7 4pm No issues with the cut, but do expect some rough nudging and passive agressive comments to keep the kid in position. Had an issue with seating in the waiting area while haircut was done for my kid. The other lady insisted I had to wait outside since I did not have a ticket. However the customers before could sit at the bench inside - even when I was the next to go, I had to stand outside. Hence I had a problem with the double standard. Eventually I could wait inside, standing.
A	Amy Yee on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Raymond did a fantastic job with my haircut. He was patient and professional. Besides keeping the place clean, he also helped with small change for the machine payment. Good value for $12!
