★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice dessert but your counter staff on duty on Tue at lunch time needs training or re-training. Not only was she not polite, she gave us a bored look while taking our orders & just rattled off whatever she needed to say - none of which we understood. When our order was ready, she placed the tray on the counter without alerting us & walked away.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Selling a cold dessert that is not cold. Just a few piece of ice in the mango pomelo sago, rest of components were in ambient temperature. I think they should go back to day one when their dessert got rave reviews. Save your calories and eat something else if possible.
Situation seems to have improve. Item 103 was good. Sesame paste (item 301) was alright.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very lousy attitude and customer service. Not the first time encountering their bad service and is the same lady. What annoyed me this time is her refusal to accept my two 5cent coins which make up for 10cent. I do not have 10cent coin but she says she don’t accept 5cent coin, giving the excuse that other customers don’t like 5cent. I ended up giving her a 20cent coin and she even say how about I give u back the 10cent change in two 5cents, u want? Such sarcastic attitude. I told her yes, I don’t mind. This will be my last time buying from this branch!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst customer service, ur operating hours is until 10 pm. Ur staff say we are close . If you come in and eat we don’t need to do closing . You as a customer service staff , don’t even have a basic respect this really have to change . I hope ur management will look into this as u are a staff not a gangster. Wake up ur bloody idea

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ji De Chi Dessert meaning remember to eat desserts. Is really a good name and people will tend to have a good deep impression. It have many outlets in Singapore. Luckily to have an outlet near my house.
Many people will order its' snowflake series during hot weather. Saw in front of me,they ordered mango snowflake. Will try next time.
Today tried Walnut Paste $4+, hmm! taste wise is fine for me,it is not hot,is warm. Another is Double Skin Milk with Red Bean. Find the milk too strong but mainly is my liking,haha! But actually it goes well with red bean.
Overall, a good place when craving for dessert. It have mochi and yam or carrot cake. Next time must try. Service wise is attentive and friendly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Service is extremely bad. Lady at counter has zero customer skill. She was terribly rude to a customer when they were trying to ask a question and she completely missed my order till we checked on it. The green bean soup was so diluted with a few beans that i could count. It just look like they scooped the leftover from the pot and added water to it?.
