Happily went for the so called signature hair defrizzing treatment and had 1 portion of my hair damaged. I am the luckiest one to encounter such issue and glad that I did not proceed ahead with the package after the trail (paid) trial treatment, indeed a nightmare for me before CNY ?

Staff are very friendly! I came in with frizzy hair but came out with smooth and silk hair! Love the result:) special thanks to Evangeline, Andy, Eugene and Vance for the friendly and warm services !! Staff is full with knowledge, able to explain hair properly. Thank you everyone!!

Came here for their hair treatment trial for $28, it's a steal! I was served by Stephy and Chris, both of them are very friendly and professional. Special thanks to Vance as well, for the detailed explanation. Overall experience is good, but I feel that they are abit pushy in term of selling their products.

I saw their Facebook ad in the morning about the $28 hair treatment promo and I signed up because at that point, I thought it was a good deal. On the same day, they contacted me to arrange an appointment. I told them I can do in a few weeks time but they rushed me to make an appointment ASAP because the promo will end on that weekend and that it would take an hour. So okay I went ahead with arranging an appointment with them. I went to their salon in the weekend. They asked me to fill in a bunch of forms, hard and soft copy. Also asked me to fill in my last 4 digits of my NRIC and my full name. Quite intrusive. After that, a junior hairdresser straight away took a before and after of my hair and brought me to the back to wash my hair. Put on shampoo and conditioner. After that, they got me seated and put some “treatment” on my hair. And asked me to wait like 5 minutes before they blow dry my hair completely and then flat iron my hair. Didn’t know if it’s really the treatment or some hair oil to make my hair shiny. Yeah of course after that it didn’t look frizzy anymore because it was flat-ironed. First red flag: Everything took LESS THAN 30 MINUTES. I go to the salon very often for treatments, hair dye etc and I can promise you that hair treatments take longer than that. They then took photo of my hair after “treatment” and compared it to my before “treatment” hair. Second red flag: the pictures were blurry and not focused AT ALL like they anyhow rushing to take just for the sake of it and not cos they care about my hair transformation! So some sales person came and shared the problem with my hair. It’s frizzy and damaged yada yada yada. Told me to get their signature treatment that is advanced etc, and since I’m there they will give it to me for $800+ instead of the usual $1,200+. I said no because I honestly wanted to see how long this treatment would last. She then said “Okay, what’s bothering you dear, is it the price? I give you special one, between you and me I can give you staff discount, instead of $800+ I can give you $500+.” I turned her down too. She looked stressed out and talked to her manager to get the best price for me. The conversation looked very intense. Few mins later her manager then came to my seat and told me, “between us I will give you influencer’s price, but please don’t tell anyone even your family or friends, because we also need to make money, I give you $210” Remember, the ORIGINAL price was $1,200+. And then dropped to $210???? Seriously????? I told her I still don’t want but she was BLOCKING my way from exiting. The hard selling was real. Eventually I gave in and bought the package. So it’s $238 in total. I paid and scheduled the next appointment. I went home thinking wow, I scored a good deal and was treated special. The feeling changed when I went home and read their reviews. Also this $28 promo has been going on for SO LONG, I think since early 2020 if you stalked their Facebook page, which they have disabled the reviews. So it was all just an act. How cunning and manipulative. I have no choice but to visit them again... to finish my sessions. So sian.. but what can I do. Just come with a fake happy face lor. I’ve completed all 3 sessions (finally). They had the cheek to try and sell me another package. Also, the lady was extremely rough handling my hair. I was so annoyed and frustrated. When they blow dry my hair I smelled something so bad like acidic or chemical smell. Also, they have a whole team with computers to run the online scam. All the Facebook ads, Instagram, call you to make appointment, etc. Come at your own risk.

Very pushy . Don’t be tricked by the $28 special treatment. They just want to get customers into the saloon . After that they will push u to purchase other packages citing u hv bad hair conditions. Frankly I do not buy their story .

Seriously Waste of your money. Don't be tricked by $28 treatment. They are so pushy . After you paid the payment for the hair treatment. There treatment is different from what they promised in invoice. Complete 100% fraudster . All the 5star ratings here are completely fake .

I really had a good time at Yoon Salon. The staffs here are very welcoming and made me feel like home. I did a scalp treatment here and I am really satisfied with their service. I would recommend people with hair loss problem to come here. They don’t force you but they will advice you on what are the necessary treatment that needs to be done on your scalp. My first time there. I felt it's a cosy environment with staff working just hard on the servicing of my hair. I personally don't like too much of small talks since I don't know that person well which is good. I went for the trial treatment at $28 which my sister has booked for me after some research online. Not sure after washing and how long it will last but my hair definitely look way better then before and I personally felt not bad. Like what the others had reviewed they did a pretty quick wash added some chemical and used a straightener clipper to straighten my hair. Part of it was also for the clipper effects but I feel some percentage was also from the chemical that they have added during the treatment. My hair texture look and feel slightly better. ?. My sister says I look 3 years younger. After the treatment we was told that they will come over to take a photo for the after treatment effect and so we waited for awhile. No one came and we start to ask when is this photo taking coming ? As in when it's going to take place? Then someone came and inform us about the after treatment briefing to inform us on our hair conditions. Initially, was told that they would talk about it for 1 hour ? then I immediately told them we need to go off to an appointment they said 10 mins. I further explain 10 mins is long for a briefing on our hair conditions that lady cut off to 5mins. ? Which I felt that's more like it? How can you have so much to say on our hair conditions?? Even if it's bad it's just bad what else you need to emphasize? Anyway, the director was a nice lady did mention on our hair conditions and speed talk as requested also she did mention about the package which we were not very keen. I personally prefer to walk in if the service and treatment is good after the trial. So this is what I told her. You won't literally know how good was the treatment after the treatment until at least a day or two. The package was really expensive I must say so unless u r rich u can consider taking the package on spot but I'm more prudent so prefer to test and if good will come again. Overall, the service is ? good and it's a good try for the trial treatment. End of the payment, we still get a small bottle of drinking water and macarons. ?
