been going to this clinic for many years since i was young when i first got my asthma symptoms, the doctor here is always nice. went to the clinic one morning before work i had trouble sleeping because of breathing problems, my inhaler ran out. my asthma was worsening rapidly, she talk in a rugged way asked me to weigh my weight in the room myself no assistance at all? the clinic was empty and the room's fill with mosquitoes btw, after seeing the doc during transaction the receptionist demanded that i withdraw money from the atm as they strictly only accept cash (its 2022 up your payment methods LOL) and i had to walk all the way to the atm and i was already very CLEARLY unwell! the receptionist is clearly NOT empathetic AT ALL and she has been working there for so many years, on top of feeling very unwell and i have to deal with unsympathetic people like the receptionist and you work in a HEALTH CARE line for fk's sake, i wouldn't recommend this place after that horrible experience!

Would give this place zero stars if possible. Both receptionists have always lacking empathy and basic courtesy throughout the years. Rolling eyes after answering just one question is not going to solve an issue. While the clinic can be really busy during the pandemic, this is the last straw as it has been the same even before and after.
