Blood test was not updated after 2 weeks.When question Ivy the supervisor said my staff overlook, what you want me to do I cannot terminate them right? So irresponsible. Payment u want on the spot even ask for pay now, but when update patient took so long very irresponsible and rude customer service

I went to this Clinic a lot of time super good location. everything is good except for having an unpleasant experience with an weekend morning doctor with a very long name.he asking a lot not important question make me so stressful.I do not think this is the right approach for a doctor to practice.

I changed my review, from a 5 star to 2 star. I am sorry but northeast med clinic should improved as how it used to. I gave a 5 star rating back in year 2016 because the doctor is really very professional(forget his name but for sure he is no longer there), help me through the times i am fainty, when i fainted at the clinic he even help and see if i am ok. While there are still many patients waiting. Now is, it is so hard to even reach the doctor. Waited and waited. 1 hour ltr still not my turn. I wonder why is the clinic here is always crowded and always take so damn long. And a bit too exaggerated kind of long. When it is finally my turn, even though i can say that Dr Koh Siew Ling is a good doctor, it feels like i waited for 2 hrs just to see her for 10mins! My goodness. Even the clinic beside, Onecare clinic have equally as good doctors, with a shorter waiting time. Please work on the efficiency of your front counter. It feels like the staff are more than enough, but the efficiency is low, not to mention, sometimes quite unprofessional. I am already unwell, please be more considerate and think of a proper solution for patients who visited just for for medicine, the waiting time is already long. They cannot possibly queue for the doctor just to take the med?? Absolutely ridiculous.

Just had my Pre Departure test here. Nurses are very friendly & efficient. They pick up calls (unlike the bedok outlet) and are very polite & patient. Recommended!

Visited 6th Feb 12pm. Was 1 of the few last patient for the morning. Doc is friendly but I am writing here to commend the 2 front desk ladies who were talking about sacrificing their lunch time so that the team can clear a few more patient. The place is swarming with loads of patient and they managed to keep calm and organised eveything properly. There was an old malay lady infront of me who had trouble with English and protocols and the chinese front desk lady spoke fluent malay to help her. It was just awesome. Great attitude from all! Keep it up!

Terrible experience at the clinic at Tampines branch. Staffs n doctor don’t care if you are in severe pain and only concern about finishing their protocol. Nothing wrong with finishing up your work n leave on time, but totally no empathy towards a needy patient.

When to the clinic to see the doctor. Told him that I have very bad sore eye. He did not do a proper check and just told me to apply some cream. The next day my eye was even more swollen and painful. Had to spend money and time to go to another clinic to check. I used the medication the other doctor prescribed and my eye got better.

Tested covid positive here. It is a mixed review because when I went in afternoon the counter staff are informative and prompt, but doc he did not check my throat despite me saying sore throat. In evening when I came back feeling super sick to get medicine due to new worsened symptom, I waited for an hour and nobody called me in despite my queue no reached. The girl at counter staff was different and bopped her head to the music of Peru by Ed Sheeran and ate food openly in front of covid positive patients at counter (7 June 8pm)Usually small details like this is fine but to a very uncomfortable patient all these things add up to a super unprofessional and unpleasant experience and I doubt I will make another visit again. Will be good if service attitude can be improved
