I was sick unfortunately a few days ago, and i came to the clinic at 440pm. The receptionist ignored me and told me that there I won’t get to see the doctor and told me to leave. and so i limped to the next clinic, sigh, wouldn’t come back here :/

Timing stated here is not accurate. Went down in the afternoon on a Saturday to find the clinic closed. The next Saturday i called (6 times) at 9plus in the morning, no one is answering the call. Called the general hotline and spoke to a lady, she was unable to assist as well. Very poor services from shenton mediacal.

Brought my granny here. V rude recep. The woman with the pony tail. The clinic is so small n I dun know why she need to raised her voice. her tone is rude too. My granny is 89.. with a cough and she told her to sit outside the clinic without a single 'please' . This poster hangs right beside the recep, 'Please treat our staff as you would like to be treated.' Either remove this or have the rude recep face it everyday. HORRIBLE PERSON

I would like to commend on the professionalism of the care staff with a pony tail and the other lady with glasses. I was there with a friend and witnessed how they deal with an unreasonable lady with utmost professionalism! The tone of voice and body language used when communicating with an obnoxious lady was clearly exemplary of a care staff! It's disheartening to witnessed the disrespect from the lady and the care staff have to put up with the emotional trauma. While I reckoned everyone has their own emotional baggage, I also would hope obnoxious people will do the least bit by respecting healthcare workers! Good job ladies!

The consultation is just around $20 plus and the service is quite friendly but just one problem is u need to speak loud enough so that the doctor can hear ?‍♀️

I wish I don’t have to give this one star too… maybe for doctor wise can give but not for the two ladies who’s stand infront counter.. not a proper infor from them, will just talk so loud and rudely to patients.. asked for someone who have covid positive. They literally chased the patient away and said will update on system for u. But till afternoon they didn’t update at all… so went down to ask. They can say we are too busy till our lunch time also was taken up. So isit my problem. Everyone have their own issues to get it updated but she can say I cant do it now. It might be very late. And I told he, I called in to MOH they said have to take ART test then only doctors usually update.. that’s when she told me our clinic doesn’t do this all. We just update only. So what u trying to say, we can fake our ART test and lie to this clinic and they will just Update for u. And moreover In the morning she didn’t tell that this clinic will nvr tat The ART test!! If way earlier she told me, I could’ve gone to a clinic where they Take ART and will update… The only thing she does is shout at a person and will be rude to a patient… people like this still working here… Very useless and Bad attitude..!!!

I walked into this clinic as it stated 8.30 am as opening. I was told that doc will only be in at 9.30 am. I was in terrible pain. I also needed to vomit. Staff said toilet is in doctor’s room and asked me to use public toilet. No one asked if I was ok as I was groaning in pain. Such an uncaring group of people.

WHAT AN UNETHICAL WAY OF RUNNING A CLINIC. I visited Shenton Family Medical Clinic - Tampines on 28 Feb 2022 at around 7PM. I called in the afternoon at 3:13PM to enquire if they are able to remove my ingrown toenail. The person over the line told me it was possible, but because they are full at the moment as there are many covid patients and come back at 7PM when they open. And so I did. I came back at 7PM, explained to the person at the counter (I don't think its the same person whom I have spoken to over the phone in the afternoon). After waiting for my turn to see the doctor, Dr Lee See Chung, he just took a look at my toe, draw a sketch of a toe and told me how to cut my nails. Then he told me, "Its very busy, I cannot do the surgery for you. All I can do is to prescribe you this antibiotic cream, apply it and come back in a few days if it doesn't get well." My toe was discharging watery discharge with blood and pus. And I even reaffirmed that I called in the afternoon and the person over the line told me to come at 7, get an anesthesia jab by the doctor and get it removed. But all his reply was, "Come back another day, weekdays afternoon ah.". The issue is, there isn't much people waiting outside to see the doctor. Which I wasn't sure did he even check, AND secondly, IF I came back on a weekday afternoon as per what he asked, then would I be told to come back on a weekday night instead? I was out of the doctor's room in less than 5 mins. And nothing had been done to elevate my pain. The bill came to $16.50 after CHAS deduction. By looking at the other reviews, I believe I have learnt this lesson. What's helpless is that, this doctor here took the Physician's Pledge but he's not doing anything to help.
