β β β β β Chicken Karage is pretty good. Crispy on the outside yet tender on the inside. Btw it comes with a nice bowl of Miso soup!
Beef bowl is not bad. For Hot Green tea, u can have your own unlimited refills as they have a machine for the hot water.
One thing that affects me is the air conditioning.. The reason is because the shop is situated beside a automated glass door which is beside the Carpark which people coming in and out. Probably that's the reason why it is pretty stuffy.
Overall renovation is new. If not because of the aircon i wil give it a 4/5 stars.

β β β β β There is always trade off between quality and price but the beef's quality in Yoshinoya Singapore is deteriorated. Just please don't compare it with its original country. The staffs are efficient and quite friendly.

β β β β β Came for the kids meal because of the price $4.50 a set with milo. I want to say only the beef rice bowl is worth trying. There is no need to try others. No tax so what you see on the menu is nett. I wanted to give higher rating if not the very lacking staff attitude especially the chef. I even saw him scolding the cleaner. Come on you do not do this in front of all your customers. Maybe he is the floor manager and clearly favorism is there among the staffs.

β β β β β Great beef but poor cooked rice . But horrible service, service is nonexistent from the staff. Keep checking with the staff if my food is ready. She says no, and I found my food all nicely stacked there at the pickup but the staff seem unwilling to put my food into my recycle bag and no utensils was given.
This is not the first time.

Disappointed with the service standards,
Tasteless broth with deep fried chicken soaked in it.
cold teriyaki chicken served..I hope my boy doesnβt suffer food poisoning from the cold teriyaki chicken.
Feedback provided for the tasteless ramen and was ignored. I gave up on the feedback and left with disgust. We returned our food to the counter, absolutely disappointed.

β β β β β Best wholesome meal with rice, meat, salad and soup. Loved chicken karrage.
Will get 5 stars if the restaurant is able to recreate the Japanese serving by adding some pickled vegetables.
Staff were welcoming and super helpful.

β β β β β I wish I could give this place 0 stars. Unfortunately, that's not possible. I ordered a Large Beef Bowl through grabfood from this outlet, when it arrived I was excited to enjoy it as I had been waiting for a long time. Yet to my dismay, when I opened it I found a black item which upon closer inspection seemed to be a black spoon or fork that broke off. Now, my question is how did it arrive here in the first place?? What if I ate it?? Futhermore, I did not request for cutlerys and was using my own cutlery so there is no way it could have been from me.
