★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Strict on time policy. Felt that they are extremely harsh for being just late by 5 mins. Hence only recommended if u are always on the dot and never late; even if matters crop up at home. Don't bother rushing for class if u might not be on time. U will be not allowed to join the class.
Pleasant environment and friendly receptionist and instructors.

I enjoyed the Hatha 2 class the most, Fiona really pushed me to my limits (i died for a bit but i'm back now) with a lot of focus on my posture and alignment. My other classes with Joy (who has a really warm personality btw) were also very fun and engaging!
