Good pricing and workmanship on timbre blinds. But very very horrible service.

Grilles 50% more expensive than comparable quality out in the market, poor workmanship, no punctuality.

Terrible service rendered. Failure to provide agreed products in a timely manner. Way too many fake reviews on their Facebook page. A big NO!

Had quite a good experience with them in the beginning up until half way through the journey. Engaged them in screeding services, not too bad. Went to proceed with vinyl floor installation. After completion, checked on the job to find some enevenness with the floor at the living room area. Called them up to invite them over to rectify the situation. At first they insisted not to come and pass as it will even out in a day or so. After waiting for 3 days, called them up again insisting to get someone to take a look, or feel in this case. Thankfully, managed to get one of their guys to come down. Upon inspection, mentioned guy said 'Oh...' as he noticed the situation and condition of thr floor. At this point, we were not angry or unhappy. All we wanted was to get it fixed or told a solution. So, called the boss up again to explain the above mentioned. In the end, both of them insisted that it is normal and will take some time for the floors to even out. (may take weeks or a month) Now at this point, we hold to pay off the outstanding amount until some improvement(s) or something was made. But no. We were told that we will be imposed a late penalty fee if we did not pay the outstanding amount. Really guys? Such wonderful service and workmanship, deluxehomefurnishing. I strongly recommend you to find another company for your renovation or such and steer clear of them. For the record, i have waited for 2 years for that floor to straighten and even out. Still the same.

Super unprofessional. Made a booking but no one served. And they kept asking if I have made the booking. Of course I made the booking, how will I walk in to Yishun industrial building. The showroom itself is super small and messy. We made all the way to yishun, waited for 20 mins, then we kept asking us if we have booking. Simply telling us to leave. Something like this, should not be exist in Singapore.

Deluxe Home Furnishing (DHF) failed to deliver our blinds as agreed (confirm the order more than 1 month ago) - but delayed installation even after I have moved in to my new place, the salesman (Melvin) claimed that their machine has issue. if legitimate, implies a lack of competency in delivering their promised product to customers. I gave in and agreed to his proposal to install the manual version instead, however, installation can only be done in another 2 more weeks and possibly be delayed further (I have requested for a refund instead). Do consider twice when getting your curtains/blinds from this shady company which have received multiple complaints and negative feedback within my residence group. update: i have since gotten back my balance/refund and shall not pursue any further. i also gave up the communications with the salesman (melvin) who tried very badly for service recovery to re-arrange installation for the blinds, claiming that the blinds are ready but takes forever to reach/install for me. apparently shipment from wuhan has issue *face palm* meaning that their products/shipment comes from china! so dont be misled by the shady sales techniques claiming their products are from korea, etc.

If you're looking for a place to do vinyl, THIS IS NOT THE PLACE. We went down to their showroom and they showed us vinyl samples they were made of 'stone'. They also told us that they will underlay the vinyl with their thick 'patent trademark' gold foam. They took 2 days to complete our bedrooms and texted us that the job was done but they will leave the materials at our place and collect another day. Only then we realized the 'stone' vinyl could be bended. And worse, the underlay foam was white and AS THIN AS PAPER, NOT THEIR PATENT TRADEMARK. Checked with the person, who only responded after a week he said that the vinyl was 'stone' AND minerals. LIE NUMBER 1. When asked about their 'patent' gold foam, the guy took another 1.5 weeks to come up with LIE NUMBER 2. That the 'patent trademark' was a miscommunication on their side and would cost an additional $200. So they took 2 months from time we signed the agreement, to completing the job to lots of questions from us to realize they 'miscommunicated'. Tried to offer us a $50 rebate (seriously?!) For the inconveniences they caused us? Waiting for them to get back to us, our whole reno and move in process was on hold for close to a month cos we had to wait for them to get back to us and to redo the floor. In the end, they ghosted us with the remaining vinyl, empty boxes and thin white foam at our place. Please don't trust their Facebook reviews. It's LIE NUMBER 3. They deleted all their bad reviews and leave the good ones on their page. There was another lady who said her review got deleted.

If I could rate them with zero star I would but unfortunately I can't. Would not recommend this company. Ordered a curtains and blinds for my new home and was served by Melvin. All was nice and lovely till you made payment. Had to chase them around for updates. Called all of their so call numbers is either overseas tone or they reject my phone call. Paid deposit was issue a invoice but I paid for 80% for them to process my orders they given me a different invoice with a different company name. I'm begining to have doubts if this company is legitimate or not. I will give them the benefits of the doubts till the end of today to get back to me if there's no further follow up I will probably proceed with a police report of suspected I have been scammed by this company.
