★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Attentive sales staff in Men's section but less so in Ladies. Range is excellent with very good merchandising. Manager was most decisive and professional when she was faced with a price tag issue. Solved there and then. I have checked out its city store, this is where I will shop again and again

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible service by Catherine. Unhelpful and can’t help to solve customer’s request on finding size of the blazer i wanted. Love Zara outfits but really feel v helpless when the staff can’t help to find sizes for the apparels :(( want to buy also cannot buy. :((

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ There are plenty of designs to select and have a huge range of colours. In Zara at Jewel, there are three separate sections for ladies, gents and kids.
During our visit, we felt there should have more staff to serve the customers, because we had to wait longer to find a staff member to check the availability of the required size.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Awesome and spacious place for both formal and informal clothing. Staffs are polite especially this guy named Alexis. This is my third time in Zara Jewel and always see him putting on an amazing smile when interact with customers. I bought tons of Zara fragrance with the assist and suggestion from him. Will definitely return for sure.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very good range of clothings and spacious but unfortunately, very bad customer service. I am surprised that Zara employs such staff and deploys them at Jewel. The lady with the hair-bun have an attitude problem. Don’t think I am the first to complain about her. Not a pleasant experience there.. avoid Zara Jewel!
