I	Ian Chan on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Some of the items can be a bit pricey if you're used to the normal Swensen’s price. But the food is good and tasty so I would say it's worth it. Can particularly recommend the grilled chicken salad if you want something healthy. Perfect burger and seafood pasta were ok. Kids spaghetti and fish and chips were also good for the little ones. Service was good even though it was a really busy weekend night. Enjoyable time.

Sausages boiled only, comparable to supermarket sausage. And this is their chef recommendation. One of my worst dinning experience in a while!
C	Consult SY on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Food is good. Tried the chicken burger. Succulent and thick meat but not undercooked, portion is sufficient. The salad could've used some dressing. But overall, the chef knows what he is doing. However, the other reviews are correct: the restaurant is seriously understaffed. Empty seats take forever to be cleared, even when they're cleared, staff take too long to get customers seated and food takes too long to come.
a	abas azam on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ On 05/02/2022 me and my friends we decided to have meals at earleswesens in jewel for my birthday. when we arrive they inform certain meals is not available. But we still proceed. While having my meal it tasted abit bad and I asked my friends to have a bite their feedback was it tasted bad and weird somehow the meal is almost done. That was my only meal for the day later that nite I had very bad diarrhoe around 3 to 4 am till now. Even started to vomit. As I'm typing this to you I'm in the hospital and was advise to be admitted. I called your outlet earlier they didn't take me seriously. So I have no choice but to call SFA they advise me to get it check I'm very weak it's the worst birthday for me regret going to your outlet, I want a serious action to be taken care of because I'm an adult what if this happen to a child how will they bare the pain. Your manager Jim just brush me off despite my phone call to them. I had spend so much money on my medical just because I eat at your outlet. I want earleswensens to cover my medical bills which cost me a bomb as I'm required to be inject immediately please reply as soon as possible .

However the staff seemed rather short handed on weekday afternoon in November, and served customers who came later than me, they also finished eating before I received my meal. The staff also forgot to bring cutlery and I had to chase after him afew times for fork, spoon and tomato sauce.
J	James Xie on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First of all, Jewel need to change their description of this branch. There is no salard buffet. None. And it's the problem with this branch at Jewel. Also the menu was made even limited with many items not available. Food quality wise it was ok but seasoning was kinda weird. The king of the sea prawn pasta tasted sweet when it was suposed to taste savory with hints of spiciness. The sides are kinda over seasoned. Won't return definitely as Jewel have better options at the same price range
B	Bryan Tan on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Would have been 5/5 stars if not for: - the mains were generally lacking some salt and were slightly bland. - the occasional “you dont get what you choose” for the salad buffet because 30% of the items that we selected did not come and instead had other items in the salad bowl? kinda comical but nothing serious.. Overall still pretty delicious food, the haddock is fresh and flaky too! Seafood pasta was decent although slightly lacking in umami, the standard fish and chips were good too! Smoked duck carbonara had its richness and slightly bland too. Still 4 out of 5 stars because they aren’t very pricey so TLDR, its worth for its price and would recommend to come!

The staffs still very chill and relax and clean the table slowly. There should have enough staff on that weekend after Christmas. I think the management should look into it. Nevertheless, the food quality is not bad, the fish and chips, pasta, and burger are all nicely done, although not that hot when served, perhaps because of the waiter issue again, that’s why only 3 stars.
