★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went to buy a birthday gift for a 7 year old. I had shortlisted one of the Disney dresses displayed in their online store and was happy to see the Jewel branch of Cotton On had all the dresses and sizes. The dress I chose was fluffy and pretty, but it had wrinkles all over. I requested with the store in-charge Eera if she could do something about it and she was kind enough to offer to help. Her colleague (who just joined the day before) helped out in patiently steaming out the wrinkles. In the end, the dress was pretty and wrinkle-free and I was a happy customer!
