β β β β β When i did my reno, Sam guided me on what could be done and what not. Although he is very busy, he is very patient and accommodating. The windows were well fabricated and installed on schedule. The last he came was past 9pm to fulfil his promise to extend his help for windows he did not fix and with supplies, too! SAM IS AWESOME! He is indeed an asset to ZGH!

Sam and his team provided us his professional service and added value to my windows. It was dark color and and now white and bright in whole view.
All my family members are very satisficed and we are highly recommend Sam and his team if you are looking for the windows services.

β β β β β Overall service is OK. I am satisfied with the new windows and grille. But in between they ordered the wrong window color and also asking if we can accept the different color. But we told them we still want our original choice of color, they changed for us. And also a comment is that I don't like they mixing the cement in front of my doorstep and causing the cracks.

β β β β β Did my resale flat windows, toilet doors and grilles with them. Good value for money and reasonable quotes. Sam provides exemplary customer service - before, during and after. He is also very patient and not pushy. Although Sam can get very busy and may not provide immediate response, but he will still get back with the answers to my queries later. Where touch ups or revisions are required, he will make sure things are done properly and to customer satisfaction (or at least, that was my experience).
It has been a pleasure dealing with ZGH, and hope to use your service again for my next home.

β β β β β Sam gave a very reasonable quotation for my whole flat windows. Not many companies have slide and swing multifunctional windows. I asked for top hung windows to be installed below and Sam assured me that they had just done such a job not long ago and it was approved by HDB.
The installation team were very professional, taking care to lay protective cover on the floor before beginning work. Team was very fast and they patched the surrounding walls back very nicely and neatly. Work was completed before 6pm. ?? Sam himself installed the slide and swing windows.
I had made a mistake in buying a round ventilation that was too big for the glass panel in the kitchen. Sam went out of his way to offer me a smaller fan at no charge. Totally appreciate that!
Highly recommend ZGH - the windows and material are of very good quality and the entire experience was fuss free and swift. Thank you!
