β β β β β If you want work delays, poor workmanship, complacent, unresponsiveness and irresponsible metal works services then engage them.
Wellmax took 4+ months to install 2 poor quality window frame without windows, with 1 set of wrongly installed glass (yet they claimed it was the correct glass until i justified using their own e-catalogue), they also installed one of the window in the wrong direction despite my reminders many times, and the rest of the windows and doors were still not installed despite me and my ID painstakingly rushing them to expedite their work. The final straw of unprofessionalism was when they just decided to stop working on the project after 4+ months of half-hearted work.
Not Bueno at all!

β β β β β Like many people have said here, the company have very poor professionalism, workmanship and time management.
We sadly didnβt know of the company name as it was engaged through the ID firm and hence we trusted it. Please do not make the same mistake as us.
When the mild steel gates came it had dents and uneven joint finishes, we requested for a replacement and was rejected. Instead they brought it back to βrepairβ but it didnβt look any different when it came back.
Door have constant issues of dragging on the floor and we had to call them back to fix it 4 times now and the door are not even 3mths old.
Setting an appointment for repairs was also another nightmare. The company have no respect for othersβ time and come as and when they like. We arrange 1pm and they will come 2-3pm, or come another day without any notice. And whenever we bring up issues they try to dismiss it by saying after the repair it will be okay. And the whole cycle repeats every 2-3weeks. The manager promised to come inspect and didnβt appear in the end too.
Really regretted agreeing to this company.

β β β β β Enquiry on them, they arrange foreman to come on site to check on the prices and quotation. But keep apologise on tight schedule. It's okay too. But promised to get back after a month yet no news at all. If you are not able to do a sales just reject do not over promise your customer.

β β β β β Like many users here. I dealt with the son of the company. He appears professional on first visit to my site. Measured and gave me a drawing. It was a simple kitchen window and balcony sliding door installation.
And yet they can repeatedly send in wrong material, wrong measurements. Delayed after delayed. Said turn up but never turn up. When turn up finally two weeks before my moving in date. Best and highlight of the project. They installed a window which is 4 inch smaller than the window. ???
And when questioned, why wrong you guys still installed?????? βOh no worry, we will find something to fill up the gap. I think ah Miss, your contractor made the window bigger.β ???
Can someone make sense of all this? I canβt for sure.
I got another contractor in to take over and do the job. It was done in 2 weeks. ?β?

β β β β β Contacted them for a few glass/ metal works in a resale hdb reno. first contact with their general whatsapp number to get site measurements was very friendly and responsive. measurement was also arranged and done promptly within the next day or two. was very impressed at this point!
then here's where it takes a complete turn. after measurements were taken, no follow-up and no response was given even even when prompted. no quotation, no next steps, just complete radio silence. at this point, all my messages to them had blue ticks (read but i guess they just decided to ignore?).
they finally replied 4 working days later, at 6:48pm. so after just a few minutes and couple of messages to feedback on their service, they replied with "We will be closing the office for the day now, therefore, we will respond to your inquiries tomorrow". no apologies, no attempt at any form of service recovery.
I'm truly baffled by this experience. came to check out their reviews and i definitely relate to all others who had similar bad encounters with this company. but safe to say that I dodged a bullet!

β β β β β WOULD GIVE THIS COMPANY NEGATIVE STAR IF POSSIBLE!! Very very disappointed with WELLMAX METAL WORKS! After installed my house gate (Feb 2021) there were a lot of unfinished work! I have been patiently with the admin lady, Susan, as it was during the pandemic. It has be a year already, instead of she follow up with me, I have to keep texting the admin lady, Susan, to arrange for remediation works to be done. She has been replying me that she did arranged someone to come and collect back the gate to the factory to respray the gate as it has been started to rust badly! It is almost 3 months plus but non of her workers appeared.

β β β β β I bought a resale flat. Decide to change all the old windows and the door gate. My flat also need to install glass panel near the kitchen.
I search and review a few of the contractors via online. Soon, i found this contractor.
I have no knowledge on the material of the windows, door gate or even the glass. They will explain more clearly on what material they are using.
After the completion on my flat, i look the window, door gate and the glass panel. Everything are really perfect.
Just that, they work slow but still meet my deadline to complete it. I can see that they want to give us good quality for end the product.
Overall, their services are very good. Thumb up.

β β β β β My experience with WELLMAX:
- suppose to install my glass panel and sliding door on 24/12/2021 but has been postponed to mid Jan 2022.
- They came on 18/01/2022 to do the installation, however because the size that they fabricated was 10cm bigger than the opening measurement. So installation postponed.
- after modification, they came to install on 27/01/2022, however installed halfway, the installation team found out that the door fabricated was wrong in size cause the glass panel width is not equal. So installation have to postponed cause need to do re-modification works again.
- delayed installation works.
- wrong fabrication measurement, not once but twice. They donβt have QC on their fabricated items.
- bad workmanship, very rough (Picture speaks a thousand words, please refer to the picture taken)
Conclusion, I wonβt give any conclusion here, you can make your own judgement before you engage them base on all the reviews and experienced including mine.
