Got the K Gloss Package and Scalp Treatment promo packages during a walk in session a few months ago and have been back to use it a few times. Winson, Scott, Bell, Jiaxi are friendly and they are quite careful with the treatment. Overall I enjoyed the treatments I get here. It improved my scalp too. Feel free to ask them questions as they are understanding and helpful. (They also added in fringe cut for me as service for buying the package which is awesome for me who grow my bangs out, much appreciated that I can trim it a little every few months)

Went with my sister and was recommended to do the Kgloss treatment. Was serviced by Scott who is friendly and spent time to prove the effectiveness of the treatment. Like his hairstylist skill in giving me a great hair cut.

I initially wanted to buy the fave voucher for K Gloss treatment at $113. Called to check availability for appointment and was advised not to buy through fave but to pay them directly and they will still honor the discount. When I reached there, I saw there is an ongoing promotion for K Gloss at $99 but the hair stylist claimed that it is not applicable for my hair length (my hair length is slightly below bra line) and persuaded me to do a premium K Gloss treatment at $188 (even more exp than the fave offer). Anyway, I did it and it was done in less than 2 hours - it was just applying some cream and ironing it flat but effect seems good. During payment, tried hard to sell me a 10-sessions package at $1,880 but I rejected because I felt they already overcharged me the K Gloss treatment ($188 vs current promo at $99). You could immediately see the annoyed look on their face, especially the lady at the counter. Overall, not a pleasant experience and I will not return to this salon again.

My first visit for hair colour and well attended by OB hairstylist. Excellent service and advise from her and I decided to sign the treatment package with her. Well done and definitely will come back again!

Scott is great! Always giving the warmest welcome everytime I come for my appointment. Always giving me his professional advice how to style my hair and which treatment is suitable for me. Overall, the staff here is friendly and warm. Will continue to come back for treatments and colouring.

Made an appt with Bel who was previously from Tanjong Pagar branch and now manages this outlet. Was placed with Hair stylist Jason Loong who was gentle and detailed with my S4 Kgloss treatment. Happy with the service though they tend to push for package.

I’ve searched high & low for the best salon in Jurong & finally found 1gravity! A huge thanks to Westgate team especially to Bell & Kenny for making me beautiful ? ? I am more than satisfied with their service! Highly recommended!

Today I went at Westgate Branch and this is third times I came here and this month is my birthday, I just inform the manager and ask her got any discount for member or not if I do hair colour and she told me that she will give me discount for do hair colour she name is Bell.. between I playing the phone and waiting for my hair almost done.. She pay attention and really cute she bring chocolate cake and sing the song happy birthday to me I was surprise and really love it because the chocolate cake is my favourite..I want to say thank you so much for her service and team I really appreciate it.. And the one man is Winson, every time I come here is he service me, he really gentleman, friendly like as Bell and Ob and every staff in this branch too, Lastly I love the smooth natural result and satisfied with my colour hair today...Will definitely come back again...❤️
