★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Maybe the sales person should learn customer service 101...went to the bedok interchange booth this morning to try their their beancurd for the first time after hearing good reviews, the lady over the counter look as if that she is annoyed that im disturbing her when I was all smiley and polite. Nothing came out from her mouth, not even a smile when I say thank you. Just ruin the whole experience. No matter how good your food is, with this kind of service, I would never come back

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I tried both the beancurd and the soy milk recently. It tastes better than usual beancurd/soy milk at first. But after a few bites/sips, you realize that the uncle put non-dairy creamer in it, which makes the aftertaste extremely artificial. Plus it is made of palm oil, which is a big no to me. It would be great if the uncle sold no creamer and less sugar version of the beancurd.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went to the bedok interchange branch with my gf to buy the beancurd since we are around there, that woman behind the counter look like she is in her 40s with tattoos all over her hands give that annoyed " why you disturbing me" kind of look when we approached her and suddenly shouted at us asking what we want?
I used to frequent their beancurd whenever i pass by one of their stalls, nah not anymore not going to patronise their stalls anymore , this is the 2nd time i get bad service from them , the other one is yishun which i thought was a one off thing, but i guess the management of these beancurd stall forgot to train their staff to treat customers with respect and dignity.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We used to frequent the stall at Tampines Interchange and love their bean curd but the service is extremely bad. It's ok if she doesn't speak much English but her body language and tone of voice just infuriates us. Will give this place a miss next time.
