★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nope. This one is not for me. Don’t fancy the hard fish. Although this is considered good lor mee, I would still rather queue for an hour at the other two lor mee stalls behind. Shown here is the $5 bowl. You may like it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I ordered a bowl of lor mee with all toppings, $7 one. On top of that, I was asked if I wanted fish roe. Of course I tried, coming to $8.
I was very satisfied with the bowl. Soup was excellent, with chopped garlic and chili paste giving changes of flavors.
Fried fish was tasty. Egg was nice. Fish roe got nice umami.
All in all, I can see why elderly customers keep coming here. So much flavors to the soup.
I cannot forget to mention that noodles were cooked to the right firmness.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This Tiong Bahru Lor Mee is miles better than those 'famous' stalls that you find in TIONG BAHRU and also give the other two always long queue Lor Mee stalls within the same roof a run of their money. My favourite probably still XMZ for their overwhelmingly doses of fish chunks but this stall is a close 2nd for their well balanced ingredients and more intense flavour broth.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of my favorite lor mee. Stay at Bedok but will drive to this old airport hawker centre for my weekend breakfast. The boss is generous at the fish, big in size and plenty. For those who enjoy fish will like it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tucked in the alley behind the other 2 famed Lor Mee stalls is this gem. Surprisingly light yet flavourful lor, consistency staying through the whole eat, loads of ingredients including fish for larger bowls, I’m sold. If there was a lor mee throw down, I am not so sure this stall will lose. In fact, now that I have tried all 3 stalls, this stall should win it hands down.
