★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Has two strong anchor tenants: Xin Ing Road Bak Kut Teh (新民路肉骨茶) 安定Hup Seng Duck Rice (合成鸭饭) stall which account for 30% and 60% of the lunchtime turnover, by my own reckoning. Healthy lunch crowd from nearby autoshop workplaces. Hup Seng is known for its tender teochew braised duck. They also serve briased pork and kiam chye ark tng (咸菜鸭汤). Tho famous, it was too salty for me. Go easy on the sauce (do test first before you add). There is also an economic rice and a roast meats stall (广东烧开烤). The latter would cover those who prefer their birds crispier and sweeter.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good food. Recommend the Bah Kut Teh stall. Haven't tried the duck rice. Went on a sunday, not all stalls were open (duck rice stall was closed), not much crowd, fast service from the bah kut teh stall. Generous serving. Enjoyed the pig trotters. Ask for a skinny one for more meat and less fat. Floors were quite dirty, but tables were clean.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was ripped off by the drinks stall in this coffee shop. Was charged $1.90 for their lime juice and $1.90 for their ice lemon tea. I understand that prices of food and veverage has increased but the other coffee shops are charging $1.70. So I feel ripped off. So please do not order drinks at this coffee shop if you can help it.
