炒菜头粿总是住家附近的最合胃口,以前住红山景,在享德申巴刹有一摊菜头粿,就非常好吃。搬来这附近二十多年了,一直是吃这摊的菜头粿,别家的都吃不习惯,中间有几年时间,因工作关系被派驻国外,每次休假回来时,这家菜头粿是必吃的新加坡美食之一。 二十多年了,我不仅把自己吃成了一个老胖子,也把老板从一个精干小伙子吃成了秃顶老头儿。老板很是辛苦,程式化的动作每天都要重复千遍万遍,汗水湿透衣衫,炒出一盘盘热腾腾的菜头粿。 现今年青人大都不愿从事辛苦的工作,这种现炒现卖的美食在新加坡是越来越少见了,取而代之的都是些工厂半成品,在摊位上随便加热一下,就来哄骗食客的肚子。 美食当前,且吃且珍惜吧。
