โ โ โ โ โ I went to this shop dated 29 Nov 2021 at about 8pm. So theres this lady who is the server in the shop was serving 2 chinese ladies so i waited for my turn to approach since shes alone serving customers. I overheard their conversation as the elder lady mention "thank you for helping us yar, you're very knowledgeable"
After they went off., i approach the sales lady and said " Hi do you have this magnetic phone... DONT HAVE!!!!!!!!!!!!!......" she cut off my conversation before i even finish asking her!!!...bare in mind, i asked her in a very nice and respectful tone and she said that soo loudly that everyone in the shop turned and looked at me. I paused and look at her and she just smirked at me.
First of all to work in retail line YOU need a customer service experience and dont treat customers in a double standard way! Thats racist! Pls educate your sales lady with the long ponytail hair with more respectful manners towards your customers... without your customers, you wont have ur business running!
With this treatment you dont deserve even 1 star! at all!
