Just feel that they can do with some encouragement for the great stuff I got from them today.

Instead of replacing with other items, they just conveniently write 'sorry we ran out of btl water' on the receipt One set was missing from the order and there was no way to contact the outlet as there is nobody picking up the phone. With all the bad reviews, i will not be surprised if they close down in the near future. A business managed by shameless people.

Placed an order and was informed that it would take 10 mins to prepare my order. Overall happy with friendly service and quality of food. Taste better as it was cooked upon order.

G	Grace Lee on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Conveniently located for self pick up but this outlet is famous for poor attitude staff. Picking up the food I ordered feels like I owe them money. Be prepared to be ordered around the different counters although there’s clearly no one else there and he could just pass me my food rather than be difficult. Been here multiple times, staff mood is consistently bad but food is decent.

I thought the lady staff went to pick up the other item or probably the item is not ready yet. Waited for another 1 minute and a guy ask me what I'm waiting for. I told him I got a missing item, he get the item and just throw at the counter top and unhappily told me to pick up the item from his side and not from the lady side. Both the staff I met seems to have bad attitude.
