Under SFA regulation, "Gloves used for food preparation should also not be used for other tasks." Your staff Annie, who wore gloves on both hands, is in-charge of the vegetable and sauce for my order. Instead of using the spoon that is provided to handle the corn, which is moist (which is why spoon was provided in the first place), she used her gloved hands instead. The same hands then went on to make contact with lettuce and tomato compartment. I can look pass this since everything she touched are still food. But here comes the issue, she used the same 2 gloved hands to open the oven door, take the tray, squeeze the sauce from the container, and wrap the sandwich not just with the paper backing, but also with the printed outer layer. Just how much contamination are there in this process? Please take a look at her operation on 25 Jan 2022 between 11-12nn.

I’ve been patronizing this outlet since it first started here, been through its bad hires, slow staffs and all. But now that they’ve changed the menu and up the price, I really expect them to up their game or at least keep to it. It’s pretty bad the way they scoop the chicken chunks, a few good pieces fall out, making it not even a full scoop of meat. Same goes for cheese, took a scoop of it, but while transferring it onto the sandwich, quite a significant bit pours out and end up on the working desk, which goes into their bin. I understand during peak hour they’re very busy, but for the customers who spent their time queuing to have your sandwich, the least you could do is to not shortchange them of what they pay. Not to mention the staff at the vegetables side, I repeated 3 times what I don’t want, she repeated after me and she still grab what I said I don’t want. Why? Tsk tsk.

Conveniently located in the neighbourhood heartland of Compass One Shopping Centre few bus stops next to MRT station and bus interchange with plenty of dinning shopping banking supermarket library postage community centre cinemas entertainment and amenities nearby. Friendly cosy comfy welcoming ambience for romantic intimates groups students tourists expats locals visitors and families.

After settled down and completed my meal, I accidentally spills some tea on the floor. Staff were quick to moped up the spills. That's efficiency. Joanne even offered to let me have another cup of coffee which I humbly rejected as I had already finished my meal. That's the warmth, friendliness and delighting customers service. I also observed some regular customers were greeted by Joanne and they were very friendly towards each other. Joanne is an asset to this Organisation. Keep it up, Joanne.
