β β β β β Experience and competence aside, Dr Ajith is an empathetic and patient doctor who provides patients with assurance of recovery. He has been my family doctor since the 80s till now and remains one whom I will turn to during time of medical needs. Dr Ajith is a doctor whom I will recommend for medical needs. His long-time clinic staff Freeda, is also a friendly lady whom relates well with patients.

β β β β β Dr Ajith takes the time to listen and diagnose, to find the root cause, to explain the issue in layman's terms, and to explain treatment. Always reassuring. He also encourages kids to speak for themselves. Other doctors have spoken highly of him, too, which speaks volumes.

β β β β β The receptionist is a very horrible person, if you are non-Indian she will not be nice to you. She gave me a wrong dosage of the meds and the next day she wants me to come immediately when she is available. I am also working and am not free and who is she anyway when she demands such things from customers.

β β β β β Called to request an appointment and had the phone slammed in my face with a βNo donβt see patients with flu ya!β. No explanation, nor any redirection to another clinic. I understand that the covid pandemic may have increased precautions, but this is no way to treat clients.
