Best doctor ever! Gives good medicine as well. But long waiting time.

This doctor was terribly rude and impatient. Her explanation was unclear and when asked to clarify, she raised her voice at me and implied that I'm stupid.

Been there a few times and also bring my grandparents there. Very friendly doctor and yes my kind family doctor.

I had been a regular patient for years. I know the clinic is packed and always had to wait. But today when I went at 11am, I was told to return at 2pm because all the queue numbers were taken up for the morning. I called after 2pm and was told that there are no more queue numbers for the day. I have to see the doctor tomorrow. I don’t think this is the right to turn away patients needing help.

I have been seeing Dr Koh for at least 20yrs. She is very good with patients.?? She is very good in what she do.

I have been going to see Dr Koh for over 10 years, she is always busy but you can always rely on Dr Koh for good service and follow up. You just need to to patient and be a good patient. ?

One of my worst experience at the clinic. First of all, I waited for more than 30minutes despite showing up on time for the appointment that was booked weeks ago. Second of all, there was poor communication and structure between the nurses and the doctor. For example, nurses would ask the doctor for simple administrative tasks such as payment enquires whilst the doctor is with a patient, hence, interrupting the time between a patient and a doctor that could potentially lead to misdiagnosis. When I finally got to see doctor Koh, she was significantly rude, impatient and extremely unprofessional. When I told her my concerns, or wanted to clarify my enquires further, she got agitated and raised her voice at me while showing me disrespect. Her attitude towards patients made me highly doubt if she genuinely cares about her patients. Overall bad experience, highly recommend not to go there.
