Wanted to find clinic call here more than 10 times to see they are open or close , about to ask I can go now or not but never pick up the call

Very good experience with the staff and Dr Chew Professional service

Dr Chew is probably the best GP I’ve seen so far. He is very welcoming, patient and detailed- he bothers explaining the cause, effect & treatment for my medical condition.

Called 12 times,never pick up. Visiting hours are not updated.

On my 1st attempt to the clinic, I was told to go anytime when I called. On arriving, the clinic was closed because the opening hours were not updated. On my 2nd attempt, after making a call at 6.35pm and confirming that it is opened and I can bring my helper for a check up, the nurse/receptionist said yes. I arrived at 7.13pm ask to register for a checkup for my helper. The nurse said they dont do medical examination in the evening and look at my innocently. I told her I called and asked who answered the phone. She then said it should be me and sorry, she didnt hear properly. What a way to operate. Such a disappointment from Shenton Group. If I had called during a busy period, I guess it's my fault. But the way it is being handled - 2 calls and no proper information from a clinic, it's really deplorable. This is really inefficiency. I dont want to give any star at all but it refuse to let me post. How can I even give it a star!

Dr Chew is very patient, calm and assuring. I am very impressed with his professionalism and his continued efforts to check on me when I was covid positive. It was my first visit and will definitely not be my last.

I don't even want to give a star if I could. I used to visit this clinic before the renovation and there used to be a very good , kind and attentive doctor on duty. But now I was so shocked to be served by this Dr Long Ai Sha. I was there with my husband and my 7 months old baby to be tested for covid-19. Fearing we may have the virus and passed to her and her symptoms seems to be worsened but not too serious to warrant a visit to KKH, we choose to visit a clinic to have it tested to have a peace of mind. We were there before the clinic was opened (2pm) , Dr Long rushed to the clinic that was still locked looking very impatient and irritated. We were thinking maybe she was running late and hence in a hurry. As our names called, she hurriedly asked me "ok so what is your symptoms, just let me know the symptoms", impatiently. I thought to myself okay probably there were too many patients this is just to hasten the process. I told her I did a ART test at home but there were a faint line, she pushed herself backward with both hand up and said "That is confirm positive". Her body language is quite exaggerated. Is there a need for such a big reaction for a doctor that seen cases as such everyday? She further added "There is nothing we can do (shrugged her shoulder) since you have it is only a matter of time she be tested positive." Which doctor speak like this? Baby being baby she grabbed the cable of the blood pressure monitor and this Dr Long instead of coaxing the baby to hands off, she use her hand motion to signal go away and said "uh can uh" as if a baby can understand what it means? so impatient? Can't give me some time to get my baby to hands off the cable? She couldn't care less about my concern for my baby and said "I wouldn't be too concern with a baby as active as her. You don't need to be medical trained professional to know when to send your kid to the hospital, as a mother you should know, it is obvious". This is plain rude. We just want to prevent mishap from happening to our baby, you as a doctor instead of sharing preemptive measure to care for our baby in case of both parents tested positive, was giving such a perfunctory remarks. You probably had a bad day but please do not take it out on your patients. As I am not medical trained person, I am seeking medical advises not dealing with your frustration. This is how you been treating all your patients? You are HORRIBLE. Parkway Shenton, you probably need to reassess what kind of doctor you have been using.

We have been seeing Dr chew since last 6 years or so. He has become our family doctor, listens to problems and provides medicines as required. In case specialist reference is requires he provides it on time. We have referred our friends to this clinic. Good service
