Their dough skin — it’s thin, moist and slightly chewy. Not like those thick MJKs with so much flesh.... the filling to skin ratio is at least 1:3, and 1 piece is very sizable and substantial! Value is not bad! Many flavours as well
You can customise yuan yang flavours for $1.60: recommend red bean greentea/blacksesame yam

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fillings tasted very average. Read reviews that the portions are generous, but the pancakes here cost 2 times the normal price of pancakes... from $1.20-$1.50.
Recommend to eat fresh so that the pancake skin will still be slightly gooey, which adds an interesting texture to the experience.

But it is rare to find stalls selling such pancakes now.
Recommend to buy and eat it while it is freshly made in the morning.
Try not to keep it for too long as it won't taste as good.
The fillings are generous as you can see in reviews by other people, and there is quite a variety of flavours.
Reached about 12+pm, and these are the flavours left.
Coconut seems to be a hot favourite. Personally I like peanut. Haven't tried the rest however.
Would come again to try other flavours like coconut and black sesame!
