DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE i ordered a battery charger in MAY and it turned up 2months later only to be fAULTY and they said that would send another one and i am still waiting for the replacement which has not turned up ANOTHER 2 MONTHS so they said that they would refund my money 1 month ago and still no money AND NO REPLACEMENT CHARGER DO NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE AS THEY HAVE HAD 9 EMAILS TO AND FROM ME TO THEM WITH NO SATISFACTION i bought the item of ebay and yes i bought it with you people and still no refund when only last week you told me the money had been transferred and it still has not SO FIX THE PROBLEM NO MONEY BACK AND NO REPLACEMENT CHARGER . You DONT have a very good system to follow up on your sales history if you think that i have bought this piece of junk from anyone else but YOU . because ebay know that i purchased it from you as that is my claim that is going through ebay at the moment .

Beware of fake warrantees. I bought a 1650 fujifilm lens and added a 100 warrantee. My lens has broken and as such I went back to the shop they did nothing about it. When I asked for details of their warrantee terms, they could not provide these to me. I had chased them in subsequent email and they have not responded hence this is now going through the small claims court. My advice is buy of you are comfortable with the risk but they have no warrantee terms! REPLY: WHY WONT YOU SEND ME WRITTEN WARRANTEE TERMS THEN AS I HAVE BEEN REQUESTING THEM? IS THIS BECAUSE YOU DONT HAVE ANY? AND DECIDE AT THE TIME? Note - the lens wasn’t smashed - a 1650 lens shouldn’t snap! YOU DIDNT EVEN SEND IT FOR ASSESSMENT AND COULDNT PROVIDE ME WITH PROOF OF THIS,

Found this place via Carousel and owner promptly replied for the queries. Went there to buy a gimble case which was difficult to find in other shops. it is located in Parklane shopping mall, a quiet old building close to Dhoby Ghaut , Bencoolen mrt stations. Theye is a huge variety of camera/equipments ranging from mobile to Professional grade. Staff members are quite helpful and prices are very reasonable. Highly recommended.

As a photographer buying from various shops over the years, I recommend avoiding this place as they are not transparent and will not honour any returns exchanges refunds even when requested 1min after buying in person at the store Bought a peak design bag from them, wanted to confirm before paying that its the correct model (had wanted to confirm online as contacted them through carousel but danny only sent me a photo of the packaging of the bag) and their staff danny only said rudely to pay first then you can see what you are buying. Paid and when they showed me the bag in the package, it was not the model I wanted. They refused to allow me to exchange for the model I wanted (I offered to top up, this was right after payment when I was still in the shop), but they instead asked me to buy their display set which was damaged with scuff marks. Note that all other reputable shops will not missell products to you by asking you to pay first or only show you the packaging of the product before clarifying the product they are selling, and will definitely allow exchanges at the point of sale before leaving the shop. In short, buy from a reputable shop or run the risks of losing your money with this shop. They have a few accounts on carousel by different names.

Bought my canon prime lens here at a very good price via Lazada. Staff were very busy but they took the time off to attend to my needs. So much goodies for enthusiasts and pros alike! Bought the Tamron 17-70mm lens for my Sony APSC . Price is cheaper than other shop but importantly , the service is good . Product tested found satisfactory . This shop also sell various camera gears , good to browse around and the staff is knowledgeable where you can get good advise .
