★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My son who is in a wheelchair was abruptly turned down for a simple haircut, and he was first in the line. A young lady apparently 'zoomed' in right before him and got served immediately. Amazing service. *clap clap clap*

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have the same unpleasant experience with them. Went there once with my husband and that's it. My husband requested only to have haircut. But the hair dresser forced my husband to take hair wash service before hair cut. He said if my husband don't opt for washing, then he won't cut the hair. With this kind of attitude, that is the last time we are visiting them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bad experience with them. Everytime I go there for hair cut, I will get comments about my hair. By saying my hair is thick& fuzzy, i'm okay with it. As a hair dresser for sure they meet with different kinds of hair types but saying my hair weight how many kg? Really offended me. Not professional. To me u want to joke around, well I'm not your friend but your customer. So just mind the words.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rude and lazy hairdresser, zero customer service and unprofessional. I brought 3 of my children for a haircut and they each brought their trace together token to register our entry and they dont have the device to register us in and told me to download the app. Its july 2021 all shops must have the SafeEntry, which is mandated at all shops. And she denied any service because we didn't register and she left the shop. The other hairdresser assisted me and used her hp for SafeEntry saying that her colleague refuse to download this app. The service wasnt even satisfactory and did hurt my son's ear during the haircut.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Come here for a haircut only if you want someone to butcher your hair. I think the hairdressers pray to their hairdressing deities for a long line of boys to ask them for a number 1 haircut every day.
This place feels like a portal to a moralistic tale or the Before portion of a HR training video where people don't take pride in their work, exhibit no ownership, and think what's on their phone is way more interesting than their jobs.
And it's stuck on the Before. The consequences of the After will be terrible. I'm staying far away.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was the only customer in the salon and while we were in the middle of cutting my hair, came in another customer and was asked to sit next to me while there was plenty of seats to sit on. Where is the 1m apart between the hairdresser and customers?! They were not professional at all. Definitely my 1st and last. Regret cutting my hair here.
