โ โ โ โ โ Don't know this clinic is earn money or help people, stated close at 12.30pm i reached 11.40am say registration closed, i ask the counter lady for help as i feel very sick, she just ask me go somewhere else

โ โ โ โ โ The charges are too high for the topical cream. My kid waited quite long to see the doctor and she was out so fast. Quite a sloppy way of treating the scald.

โ โ โ โ โ Came in today 7 July 2022 @ 0850hr to seek medical attention. Clinic attendant was mumbling bout the timing doctor will be in. To clarify again for the information she was very rude in giving my wife the clear information. Really disappointed in this kind of poor communication and attitude of the staff there. Management of the Clinic please RE-TRAIN your staff in Communication unless the clinic is a charity organisation which i donโt have to pay a single cents.

โ โ โ โ โ Nurse was extremely rude. Family member went to the clinic yesterday arnd 2.50pm as she was having a fever. She tested negative in ART, so she went there to check and get medicine art. Nurse was angry out of a sudden and literally banged the table w her hands. Didn't get her name but she was extremely rude. Avoid going to this clinic at all cost.

โ โ โ โ โ Doc is very unprofessional. My 2yo was having flu and cough. He insisted she have allergy nose during our first visit. And charged normal consultation fee, and said the government $10 canโt due to allergy nose. How do u know is allergy, when I see u for the first time only?

โ โ โ โ โ Doctor anyhow give medicine and the staff there was VERY rude to everybody there. Look at the recent reviews of this clinic and you will know why. Do not see this clinic at any cost. ur sickness will get worst bc the doctor don't even give the right medicine.

โ โ โ โ โ I went to the clinic with my helper. I was doing the registration with one of the receptionist. We informed that we tested at home and were ART positive. Another receptionist appeared at the counter and suddenly spoke with a rude tone stating my helper to wait outside since I was doing the registration and gave us an additional mask each to wear insisting that the doctor had requested. With 1 mask alone, it was difficult to breathe but we obliged and wore another. When I turned my back to walk outside, the rude receptionist immediately used the nano spray gun and sprayed at where I was standing. If I had turned immediately to her, my face would have been sprayed on. Feeling very upset with the way we were being treated, I went in and informed the receptionist that she was rude and she could have been more tactful in handling patients. I took our IDs and left. She apologized but this should not have happened in the first place.

โ โ โ โ โ Info given to the nurse behind the desk that a household member is C+ and my son developed fever. Was told to come 2 hours later to register. And we have to understand she has so many patients waiting. And if we can't wait, go to other clinic. Personally, I understand if you don't want to risk other patients, but why can't she just register my son and if its his near time for consultation, you could simply call us? And those remarks with no compassion is uncalled for when we didn't even make any comment.
