The usual Dr (Dr Loh) is ok. The Locum Dr Andrew Chee is horrible. Googled him after that, quite a notorious Dr! My girl has Covid on our ART. When I see him, he asked if we wanted him to do ART. I asked “is it necessary?” Because I’m not sure of the ever changing protocol. He impatiently replied without eye contact, “i’m now asking for consent.” He didn’t explain about the difference between do at clinic or not, then after that receptionist says if didn’t do at clinic, then won’t be in the system as Covid. Well, not like I truly wanted to enter into system but wouldn’t it be necessary to explain to patient about the differences it makes?? No wonder there was no Q at the clinic that day…

most unprofessional doctor i ever faced. dr andrew chee consulted me for 30 seconds when i waited for half an hour. i had a very bad cough and flu. i visited on a sunday where they had consultation for $45. $45 consultation for 30 seconds where the doctor does not even bother to listen to the patient. very unprofessional. after the consultation, i still had to wait 2 hours to do ART. all of these inconvenience to pay $80. please do not go here if you're sick because you will probably have a bad experience like me.

im writing this review not because i would want to pick out on this clinic but it was by far the worse experience ive ever had and i wished i followed previous reviews to avoid this clinic for this disappointment. i do have some points to bring up to support my claim so hear me out. i was tested positive for covid and wanted to just visit for a ART test for a MC (on sunday) and went to the clinic at 1320, and was notified by the patient waiting there that the staffs are having their lunch break until 1400 (which was reasonable but it was not mentioned on healthhub and on google that they will not available during 1300-1400 on sundays). when time came, they collected my details and had me wait for 20mins for the doctor to get ready, but i only needed the ART test and my MC and said they do not provide the test without the consultation of a doctor which was appalling. nevermind that, i waited for my turn on the queue and the consultation only lasted less than 5minutes which i was charged with an astounding amount of $45, the doctor only performed stethoscope on my back and checked for my throat and told me to wait outside for an ART test to be done. not only that when it was my turn to collect the medicine/antibiotics, assuming i would also be doing the ART test, the staff told me to come back at 1630 for my ART test as they claim they do not perform the test immediately and patients have to wait for a certain period of time before testing, now im sitting at home waiting for the time to pass to be able to get an ART test to get my MC, i was mad but i was more upset by the fact that this would all be avoided if they had notices written infront of the clinic to inform patients about their practices, the one star review given for this clinic is already very generous.

Regret that I didn't heed the advice of other reviewers. Don't bother wasting your time and money. Receptionist with attitude, Doctor just see you for the sake of seeing you. Consultation last for 10 secs, only asked 1 question and don't bother to listen to we are going to say or ask, I might as well consult a robot. Everyone clustering outside the clinic waiting for ART test, then queue for 1 hour just to get the doctor to swab your nose with the ART kit we normally use, heck I might as well do it myself and done in 15 min.

Andrew Chee is one of the most unpleasant and uninterested doctors I've ever met. During the consultation, he mumbles, and when I asked about the cause of my discomfort, he responded that I couldn't just assume something out of nowhere. Isn't consultation supposed to be us, the patient, inquiring along with the history of our actions so the doctor can rule out the cause? Took a unrine test and he sent us out in less than 5mins saying that my urine test is clear and ask us to wait outside to collect medicine. A few moment later, he asked us back in as the result as the positive. Super not professional he didn’t even bother to really focus on knowing my condition, and have the just wanted to get it over and done with attitude. Overall, it was a very unpleasant consultation. My worries and pains were not resolved.

Brought baby to see doctor here for the first time. Told receptionist that baby has cough & flu. Waited an hour to see doc. Very unfriendly doctor, saw me struggling to push open the door with a stroller, didn’t bother to help. Asked for tissue because I left the stroller outside, totally ignored me and only passed me tissue after he finished type. Chased us out of the room immediately after consultation. Waited half an hour to collect medicines just for the receptionist to say they’ve ran out of cough medicine. Gave me a prescription to get medicine from guardian instead, receptionist pointed to the guardian nearby. Went to guardian and guardian doesn’t have pharmacy. So ended up having to travel to Causeway Point with a sick baby. Could have told me from the start that they didn’t have cough medicine and I can go to the other clinic at 888 instead. Highly not recommended.

The most skillful doctor I am ever facing.. Very high medical skill just need 10 to 15s for diagnosed. Really wow. Receptionist( Real and serious) quite understandable and care. Overall : go to other clinic

Worst medical consultation experience ever. Got covid and having fever of 39 degree Celsius. Went to the clinic. The consultation was fast, like around 1 minute. After that, I was told to wait outside for swap test. So, I wait for 30 minutes for a 15 seconds swab. After the swab, I asked “can I have my medicine”?, the doctor (named Loh sth) asked me back “I thought you got all the medicine and don’t need?” While the truth was that I showed him the medicine I took at home, and asked him whether were these medicines suitable for me. After that he started to complain:”you told me you don’t need medicine, and now I’m doing swab and need to key in the medicine for you balabala”. So can I ask what’s the point of having covid and high fever, waiting at the clinic for almost 1 hour, and got only temperature talking and a swab? I could do these at home. So funny
