I have been supporting the clinic for past years, Doctors and staffs are good and patience. They always shown concern and follow up after treatment. Their treatment package that offered is value for $. Highly recommended if looking for Aesthetics clinic.

Have been a customer here since their opening. Good service from their staffs esp their manager Eunice. The doctors are patience & knowledgeable.

There is no internal co-ordination, hence, the customer gotta call every outlet myself to search for a particular Dr. as I have been following this Dr. They can't or do not want to help you make an appointment in other outlets. It's very frustrating every time you wanna make an appointment.

Dr reddy had been seeing my son for his Acne issue at Clementi outlet.Very detail in his treatment plan seen great result. Eunice is always prompt in her response good recommendation. Highly recommended.

I just finished my package with them recently, and overall I achieved the results I wanted (but still far from being blemish free) but there were some hiccups along the way. Pros: affordable prices, many locations, good machines Cons: mostly heartland locations (main reason why I’m not continuing my sessions here) and different doctors everytime and no privacy during treatment. Typically you’re only separated by a curtain with the client next to you. Waiting area is small, during peak periods there’s nowhere to sit or even stand. Sometimes nobody at the front desk. Dr Reddy advised to stop clindamycin and apply tret 0.025 daily, but Dr Justin advised to continue clindamycin and up dosage of tret to 0.05. If you’re a layman to skincare it’s confusing and overwhelming. Secondly, if you need numbing cream for your sessions, be prepared to wait 45 mins to 1 hour lying on the bed (open air btw everyone can see you) while listening to other clients get their treatment done. After that, I opted for no numbing cream because it’s ridiculous to wait. Although their prices are very competitive it’s hard to convince myself to continue my laser sessions here.

Horrible service Set with appointment but never have anyone at the front desk

Overall I had a great experience there for my first visit. My face became very bright and clean after the hydro facial and pico laser treatment. The consultant at the front desk gave a very detailed explanation on what services they provided.

toooooo much hard sell before and after treatment. Though I comprised and purchased some in the end, this bad hard sell experience continue making me feel uncomfortable. This is my true experience.
