★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad experience. Waited for 40 min and realised manager didn't put pre-packed online order at takeaway zone. Manager simply passed the cold food to customer and did not offer for replacement with fresh batch. Disappointed.
Just read through the reviews and everyone is complaining also. Guess I am not the only one affected by the bad customer service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ordered breakfast delivery; the pancake platter and the mushroom omelette platter.
Order arrived. Hot tea came without sugar, stirrer or creamer.
Food wise: Pancake platter was ok. Mushroom omelette platter nah, omelette was too cooked, slightly charred on the outside. Mushroom was soggy and needs to have more flavor. Ham was cold.
Disappointed with the standard of the food.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ i went there about 5 times and all 5 times were bad customer service. 10 july 2022, at 1120pm, the people working the night shift, when i was ordering food, they chose to ignore me multiple times when i asked them to take my order politely, and when the 5th times i asked, they finally responded to me and took my order. and my order took about 20 mins. and 2 numbers after me even got their food. WHATS GOING ON BRO??????this happened frequently as my house is just opposite this outlet. there was once i went there to take away and they got my order wrong. i only realised it when i reached home. and i had to go down to change it. horrible experience. used to love burger king food but i hate the workers working there.loyang point outlet.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Everything is perfect! Staffs didn’t cause me problems like others did say on here. The staffs were really friendly! The food is also at the nice and didn’t have problem with it. Service is also fast! There are times that it is a bit slow but don’t have problem with it cause maybe they doesn’t have a lot of stuffs. Kudos to their hard works!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I ordered the impossible burger and the patty was uncooked. U bought it back to show to them and they exchanged it. No remose when I told them that as it is a take oawy, I have to drive all the way back to changed it. Quality is always an issue among the outlet on the amount of salt which makes a difference. It could be an operation problem.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Got to agree to the many reviews posted. Waiting time of 15mins n more is not uncommon. More than 3 times for sure thru the 1-2yrs.
Also operation of the outlet should be reviewed as other reviewers mentioned it too. I can even take time to write this review while waiting with the rest of the crowd.
Management who r not working on the ground should spend time there unannounced. You likely experienced the same situation. Esp lunch time.
