I can’t help give 1 ⭐️this is really disappointed outlet. So no photos are taken. This is not really a |HappyPlace| Went today at 3pm while only 1 table is occupied. Upon ordering via self ordering machine. Finding a seat is still challenging as all tables are all soiled and dirty. While the server came with my food, ask her to help to clean the table and mentioned that are they short handed where all tables are not cleaned? Then she just went off and said with the delivery guy and tell him why he did not clean the tables. I was surprise by her action and the delivery guy say hey you understand mandarin. Still quite upset about the environment, she came and clean the table and witness her to order another crew to clean the other tables. At least other diners are happier to have cleaner seats. To my Shocking the kitchen crews are chatting and one of them touching own hair. Oh my goodness! Where is the store manager? Haha I sound like a Karen! Anyway both the curly fries and normal fries are cold. I do hope this place will be better to serve with a happy environment for all to enjoy during this pandemic.

Had take away for a double samurai burger. When i go back i found to be only single. The counter was so rush to chase us off that we dont have time to check. This Mac cant get your order right in this COVID19 period. The burger king beside is way better i never had to check and always right order

McDonald's Loyand Point "I’m loving it" ? ParaPaPaPa ? Great team and great food ? It's McDonald. What can I say. But this one had really nice friendly staff. Can see that they always smiling & laughing during working. Quick easy fast service, It's really amazing to have quality of service... they are so nice... I need to eat here more often !

Spent over 10mins waiting for just one McChicken burger, which the staff did not serve as per according to queue sequence. Staff packed and served all the large orders of customers who ordered later. In addition, this is the only outlet which is frequently out of something. Be it condiments, drink cups or other.

Value added service. Very happy with their customer service. They helped us change our sausage mcmuffin when the manager found out that we accidentally ordered the wrong one .Even refund us the excess money. No wonder McDonald's can survive through times .Customer service is the secret!

Good customer service. When there is a misplaced or short order the management will always come through. The restaurant management is top notch. However... Had to try the latest Chick 'N' Cheese burger but it is a total let down. Nothing special about it, just a piece of deep fried cheese n a chicken patty. Nope ?? not worth it for this new burger.

Our all time fav American fast food......

I shared this set with my maid yesterday. Nice crispy chickens.
