So fair our dosmetic helper is doing great (probably we were lucky). We have no issue with our helper and the agency. I recall the handing over process of the helper from their agency to us were very smooth.

They earn money from you via assigned problematic helper to you, then if you ask for changes, they asked you to pay all airfare for helper to go home, and charge your again around 900sgd agent fee and around 1100sgd admin fee again even if the helper herself initiated termination of contract within 1yr. After you pay, you can't even reach the agent anymore. Keep hang off your call, and MIA. Please avoid this agent at all cost. Otherwise, please prepare enough $$ to pay and hire helper at your own risk.

Unfortunately, the lady that picked up the office phone by the name of Rita, she was unable to assist my query and keep pushing me back to the boss, no doubt I have repeatedly highlighted to her, I have already called a few time and send a few WhatsApp's but I did not get any response till late. She was in a rush to hang up the phone on her end and keep repeating for me to call the lady boss number again . I must said the service standard has drop tremendously since the last handing agent Kim has leave the company.
