★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Been an frequent patron for a long time, since the owner has shifted to the new stall in Toa Payoh Central, the old stall's standard has gone down the drain. Soup is no longer packed with flavours and simply tastes like plain water, price got hiked up by $1 but portion got smaller, very sad to see this.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Finished dental appointment and decided to have a healthy tea break. Fish soup without rice seems like a good call. And so I noticed uncle slicing the fish fillets which looks fresh thus decided to try the $5 version.
I like the taste of the soup. Mildly sweet and addictive. There’s 8 slices of fish within and I’m not complaining.
I can feel that he is doing his best at customer service maybe he just not talented with it.
Nonetheless it’s good enough for me to try it again if I’m in the vicinity.
