The main reasons for the High Staff Turnover in Academiclinic Pte Ltd and AC&CS Pte Ltd, since 2015 to 2020 was due to the management did not honor his words as promised to all the staff. There's no yearly increment, no 13th month bonus & did not pay outstanding commission as promised. And many hidden illegal things from their management. That's why, most of the staff have left. Their male Chairman is planning to open another company soon. That's why, all those clients had bought Mediana AED were unable to locate Academiclinic.
