β β β β β Utterly unacceptable behaviour towards domestics maids. We entered at 9.30 pm and waited for over two hours to be seen for 30 seconds, only to be told that a specialist should be now be called, but as itβs now past midnight, we would have to be charged SGD400 and wait an additional 90 mins.
However, what saddens me the most was that there wasnβt a queue and if I hadnβt asked about the status we would have waited even longer. Itβs as if we were invisible. Once I got upset there was a flurry of apologies, but itβs too late to be apologetic, you should just do your job and care for people equally.

β β β β β I called emergency number to ask for charges. I did press charges enquiry option . Someone pick up the phone and diverted my call to make me wait for 10min until I give up waiting .

β β β β β Very in-empathetic staff. Donβt come to emergency at all as last thing you need is staff who is not considerate and some what snarky.
We had worst experience when had to take our 4 years child there.
Building so worn out along with vending machines and no suitable place to stay while not being able to be with patient since once 1 person can be with patient.
Not worth the price they charge. Better to go to mount novena or raffles.
