β β β β β Rude counter staff in the emergency room. We smiled and asked politely for enquires and she merely rolled her eyeballs and frowned at us like we were a nuisance.
Only one staff was there. It was a woman. Sunday 16 August at 0920 am in the morning. Definitely a liability to the group.
Find out the name. Get one of the bosses go walk in and ask the person any question politely and with a smile. See how she responds. Definitely not exaggerating
