β β β β β Coming from the UK where A&E is a mess and can take hours, Mount Elizabeth is beyond expectations. I was seen by a nurse within 20 minutes of arriving, and treated within the hour. (Laceration on finger).
Insurance is applicable here. Total costs (on a public holiday nonetheless) were |

β β β β β Itβs a frustrating service as we had to wait 45 minutes to see a doctor outside A&E, as the hospital does not want people in the air conditioned waiting area. This means we sat in a makeshift lobby outside in the humidity and heat and passing car exhausts.
When the doctor did arrive, he was good and explained what was necessary and referred us to a specialist for further care.
The front of house team and nurses seem like they are are exhausted. The triage system doesnβt fill me with confidence should you have a life threatening issue.
