Cartier Ngee Ann City - 391 Orchard Rd

On the day i was busy shopping around with my hubby seeking for a perfect wedding band. After heading into Cartier stall at Ngee Ann. We were assign to a sales lady name Michelle Wong. Her service was excellent she given us a gift. She was polite when we have many questions regards to the ring we're seeking for. She does this with a positive attitude. Giving her a feedback that show how much we appreciate her extra efforts.

Would like to thank Anthony and Kris for their attentiveness and professionalism, though the queuing system is ridiculously long (if you don't book it in advance). I had great shopping experience at Cartier.

Visited to enquire plus try on the regular and slim love bangles. My experience had through and through been excellent, Krisanto showed great attitude and great service unlike what I've gotten from other luxury brands in the same mall. He was very professional in his job, showed great knowledge and my enquiries with patience.

Visited the Ngee Ann City branch in Nov last year and was attended to by Irene Wijaya. Took awhile to get down to this but I wanted to recognise her great service. I was looking for a Love bangle but had also been keen on the JEC. Irene was very attentive and patient, taking out the various versions of the bangles and letting me try them on, and explaining to me how I could stack them and suggesting various options. I was with my 10 yr old daughter and she also let her try the jewellery without hesitation. From the moment we walked in, she made us feel very welcome and did not hesitate to show us anything and answer our questions. It was really a first class shopping experience and I am very glad that Irene attended to us. She’s a real gem! Thanks Irene ?

If given a choice, the service at Ngee Ann's branch isn't even worth a star. I was excited initially to step into the outlet at Ngee Ann as I believe that Cartier is the choice for my wedding band. I was being served by a male staff who is very aloof. He greeted me, not with a smile and you see his impatience and his tone was not friendly at all! It happens each time after I tried on a ring, he put it back immediately to the display area that I can't even ask for another try. He didn't even bother to let me try my right ring size and mentiom that I should come by again nearer to my wedding day. He did not offer or introduce any other wedding ring designs other than the one picked by me. All the times, the ring that I tried on was a loose one, not even my size. I had selected a simple classy design which he later on mentioned that the design is very common and people will choose to buy it from a local jeweller instead of buying from them. I think the attitude of the staffs have to be relooked, whether there is sufficient training provided. I have decided to wait until the Ion branch is ready as my friend bought her ring from the outlet and had a great experience there. As for Ngee Ann's branch , it would be better that it's striked off the list.

Got my first Love bracelet Cartier with 4 diamonds here size 17 : served by Emma Lim She was kind and patiently serve us ( since we were shopping with our little baby ) Also we were suprised that we can pay by Paynow since Hubby already maxed out his credit card that month! LOL Very nice experience and we got a brief message from Emma few days after to let us know that they will help us if anything wrong with our purchase

I was shopping for a pair of love ring n I was served by a shoulder length hair lady and i requested to see the love ring. After asking a few questions, her attitude does not seemed friendly n and did not even ask if I'm getting for myself or my husband. I still have to request for a better fitting ring size n asked if I should reserve my ring n to come back w my hubby to try his size and was told there was no need to as it is a common ring n usually they have stocks. Totally a failure for customer service. I then asked if the bag section is at level 2 as I was thinking of trying the Panthere bag and she simply said yes n full stop. N I had to exit L1 and went in from L2 then I saw there was actually a lift. I was served by your super nice and friendly staff Eric at L2 and the lady who served me at L1 took the lift n saw me at L2 n simply ignored me. Really terrible service. I will not frequent Ngee Ann branch again.

Kris is one of the best SAs I have met in any luxury store. He is knowledgeable on the jewellery and timepieces that we looked at and was always ready to share while at the same time being approachable. You can tell he is passionate about Cartier as well. His service and the whole experience were top notch and he was the cherry on top of this already special occasion. Will always go back to him when I need to get my next piece.
