★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Am writing this post bcos I am totally disgusted with the poor and negative attitude of the 3 sales persons in this lighting shop.
they were not interested in serving the customers.
When we walked in, 2 of the ladies were talking and just took a glance at us, the guy sitting near the entrance and was busy with his handphone.
when we asked for some product information, the lady just point her finger and did not offer to show us the product.
I hope their bosses understand such poor service hurt their biz and spoilt our day too!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Products are sub-par but the shop seems to be popular with the older generation. Service is one of the worst I've experienced: staff are rude and offer little product knowledge who can barely pack our items back into its packaging after testing it. The worst is the malaysian girl in glasses who collected payment. Unnecessarily rude with her remarks. Save your time and money and buy your furnishing products elsewhere.

Special mention goes out to STEVEN LEE who immensely possesses ALL the qualities of a customer service professional.
He is one of the THE BEST staff I've ever seen in ANY store in the land.
Truly a fantastic individual who's the sole reason I keep going back to SIM SIANG CHOON for ALL of my bathroom requirements.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ was looking to buy kitchen sink, stove , bath room sink and showet sets for 3 bathroom. left quite disgusted. The service staff is just not interested to serve. the price are decent and the products looks good too but i just felt im not going to get any support after buying. Definitely will never recommend or consider sim siang choon to anyone.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad experience ever.. The service staff(yu ki fong) is just not interested to serve. I’m not sure it’s her, but she is the one collected the payment and is on my invoice .items are good , the price are decent but i just felt im not going to get any support after buying.
Keep on saying I’m the one understand wrongly. Me and my husband both were there when buying.
Missing items when delivered. Need to make another trip to buy again!
Her attitude… I have never seen such a sale person like this! Make mistake and never accept and keep on pushing to customer . What a shame ..
Definitely will never recommend or consider sim siang choon at Balestier branch!
