JD Sports(Ion orchard) - 2 Orchard Turn B4

Super rude manager called Vanessa, inconsistent customer service . I have reserved a pair of shoes before over the counter so as to collect after dinner and but today was rejected stating no reservation. I asked her why so inconsistent and she answered me “I said can not means can not !” have you encountered such poor service before?

Service is awesome — Afiqah was extremely patient in helping us find the right pair and went the extra mile making multiple trips to the storeroom with no complaints ?? Am so appreciative of her help. Selection of sizes and styles are great too!

To the malay lady serving us at the cashier: Hi Sis , if you are unhappy with your job , you can choose not to work. Dont have to take out your anger on us. Please feel free to let me know if we have done anything to anger you. Context: me and my friends wanted to check out our shoes and were together in the queue, we didnt know that we have to queue up one by one. When it was our turn , she raised her voice at us the first time and we said we were together, however she raised her voice again at us. We then complied to her directions. Suggest you dont work retail if you cant control your emotions and serve people. Makes the shopping experience unpleasant for customers! Thanks

went earlier today and was helped by a male staff that wore a hat. was contemplating on which size of shoe i should go for but he was nice to give advice in gettin the right size! happy with my shoes and good customer service

Some of the staff here really cmi.. rude, unfriendly and disgusting attitude. So a family member of mine asked a female staff for a size of shirt that was not on the rack and they say they will check the back store. While waiting, I decided to go try on some clothes… In the changing room, I happened to overhear the conversation of a few female staff talking about the shirt that my family member asked for and what horrifies me was when a female staff speaking loudly in Chinese that ‘THE CUSTOMER IS BLIND’ ?? Seriously?? so as customer if we are NOT able to find the size we want, we are suppose to search the whole store for it ourselves?? So we are NOT suppose to ask for assistance from the staff because if we do we are BLIND ? Anyways, another staff clarifies that the size we wanted legit wasn’t on the rack or anywhere in store.. and they then brought the size we wanted out from their storeroom ? This kind of attitude is just sickening… gonna boycott this outlet or the company if the staff they trained(or didn’t) are like this.

I was served by a rude and condescending female staff. I asked for two New Balance 327 series shoe sizes and was told to choose between the two because the store was busy due to the Yeezy slides raffle. She didn't even bother to check on me to see if the shoe size was correct, so I had to figure it out on my own. It was ridiculous. She clearly has zero customer service.

Sale ! Now on. Basement level of Ion Orchard. Quite a good selection of sports merchandise.
