★ ★ ★ ★ ★ superb. amazing. wonderful and all the positive words that I would describe for this salon! the customer service provided by the stylists were so good, they were so gentle and caring! the final results of my hair were TOO GOOD I love my hair and definitely this will be my go-to salon from now on! i would like to give special thanks to Isabelle and the other male stylist which I did not get to ask for the name but both of them were 11/10!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First timer here. Booked an appointment for hair cut & korea perm on 20/01/22 with my girlfriend. Hair stylist was highly professional and communicative. They were very patient and take their time to listen. They even offered a bottle of water to us while we were waiting for our hair treatment to be done. Great gesture, thank you. - Jonathan

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went for an anti frizzy treatment and asked whether my hair suitable go for k gloss or soft rebond. They introduced Bioma treatment and mentioned it suits for my hair as it contains chemical which can help straighten my hair. However, after I washed my hair it became frizzy back! Like never do any treatment! Have texted the hairdresser and the girl keep saying that the treatment need to do frequently. I need an immediate effect of treatment, not those useless treatment! The after sales service is really terrible. Never will go back and please think twice before you head over. Wasting money and time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had a wonderful hair transformation during my stay in Singapore. Love the hospitality service by Isabelle and my hair cut. ( very bubbly personality )
Friendly atmosphere, one thing i like about the service as they were not pushy like other hair saloon trying to upsell their package and products.
Will definitely return to the saloon on my next visit to Singapore.
