β β β β β The bicycles: Frame has 5 year warranty. The shop has variety of fancy electroplated colored bicycles. The build quality is solid. The stock ones has preinstalled disc brakes which is a plus for me. We were greeted with their customized/upgraded Oil-slick Rainbow and Scarlett Jet Black.
Wife fell in love instantly with the red one and I liked the Rainbow. But my bike needs some adjustment to make me comfortable as I am pretty tall.
Customer service: Afluen is a small but expanding reseller of Avro trifold. They have a small team who is running the place. They are excellent at customer handling and very patient with all our questions. Jane would bring us down to carpark area to test ride and make sure we are comfortable. They have in house mechanics who can provide necessary adjustments such as reconfiguration with butterfly handle. Finally we happily purchased the two trifolds from them and had our first ride on PCN! Thanks Alvin and Jane for great CS! (photo attached)
