He is a really very good baby doctor I meet . He is a very friendly, helpful and patience's baby doctor. I will always recommendation him to my others friends.

Dr Ong is a v detailed and gentle doctor. The nurses are also very helpful. Will explain v clearly and get doctor to call back when you have queries

The doctor does not wash hands between patients. No professionalism especially under Covid-19. I was watching him walking the previous patient out handling her booklet, and walked straight to my kid and touched my kid's stuff without sanitizing. I asked him to wash hands and he did so only after touching my kid's booklet, opening the fridge, and taking out the vaccine box. What's the point of washing hands after contaminating all the stuff? His hands got contaminated again, when he opened the box and touched the fridge again to take out another box. Last visit was also terrible. The doctor showed up 1hr later than the clinic's opening. Yes, it can happen. But he said that was not his fault adding it was because of a delivery guy. What delivery? It's your side anyway. Saying sorry could be enough to ease parents' anger, who were struggling with a crying baby for more than 1 hr.

My son (now 8 years old) has been seeing Dr. Ong since he was born. I love how he answers all my questions without making me feel like they were stupid or unnecessary. He would also chat with my boy and as a PD, it is so important that children feel safe & comfortable with him. I love that he does not prescribe too much medication, or push us to buy vitamins/supplements/etc (unlike some other clinics). Thanks for all the years of care!

I have been taking both my kids to Dr ong for the past 8 years. Tried few other Pds in between but only Dr ong’s treatment worked for us. His calm personality keeps parens at ease too.

I must say, Dr Ong is really a caring and patient doctor. Although my girl is having bronchitis due to cough, and had to wait at a corner of the mall, but lucky the wait wasn't too long, guess because I made an appointment. His prescription worked for my girl. My girl went to 2 other pds and didn't not cure her flu, leading to cough and eventually bronchitis. Glad I found Dr Ong.

One of the worst experience I have ever had. I had an appointment but waited for an hour. Because my baby has a cold so they sent you to a random corner in the mall to wait for the doc to turn up, having zero sympathy and consideration of asking a baby with a temperature to be somewhere loud, busy with no seating. Also no communication of how long you are expected to wait or how the doc will come to find you. Total chaos, no service, no communication at your most needed time.

Dr Ong is really a great PD and my kids are really comfortable with him! Answers your questions patiently and even provides general advice. Short waiting time too unlike most PDs, which is a huge plus!
