★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went here twice. Came away impressed with Dr Tan. Not cheap and may wait for some time. Good is not cheap and cheap may not be good all the time. Pricey,but worth it. If your child is really having a serious fever,please go kkh,do not complain about waiting times and cost.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ For a pediatric clinic, the most important is the pediatrician. Dr Vanessa is patient, knowledgeable and does not rush through the consultation, even though there are many kids waiting to be seen. Downside is long waiting time for walk-ins.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Doctor came almost to 11 am when clinic opens at 9 am. Walk in at 10.30 am and was only called in at 12.50pm!! More than 2 hours waiting. For new patrons, please come and register your child first and then hang around somewhere else cause the waiting time is long. Make sure bring sufficient milk and food cause waiting time can be very long.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Really bad experience two times in a row. This time the experience was worse. My baby less than one year old had fever, his fever increased from 100 to 105 while in clinic. I had repeatedly requested reception to see doctor early. But still have to wait for more than 2 hours. One of the receptionist was so rude . And what to say about doctor , you name symptom and she adds medicine to prescription. Every visit doctor will prescribed at least 5 medicines. Really money oriented clinic.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr. Vanessa Tan is nice and explains things well. My baby gets all her vaccinations from here. Waiting time may be 15mts to half an hour.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Since it's one of the better ones around quite a area {Sengkang and Punggol included} the rush is expected. Average waiting time is 45 mins to 1 hr on a weekday. Dr. Vanessa is good and sounds knowledgeable.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr Tan is very experienced doctor. I went there for vaccination of my 11 yr old kid. She patiently went through all the old vaccinations and gave correct advise on what all vaccines/booster are pending. I am highly impressed and would recommend Dr Vanessa. Atleast it's better than waiting at KKH.

Due to Covid19, patients are told to wait outside to ensure safety of everyone else .
