We have been seeing Dr chan since my baby's birth. The waiting time is good.. I seldom wait for more 30min with appointment. Doctor is detailed and observant. I was there as baby was having flu. She noticed he has some fungal infection on his skin and prescribed a lotion.

Going to this clinic since my baby’s birth . Almost 2 years already . Staff always assist at their best . Dr. Chan is really good and always observe properly and advise accordingly. Very professional staff

Doctor Chan is really a good and experienced doctor with a kind heart. She always ensures that my daughter is well and fully recovered. Gentle and made my daughter really comfortable with her. She even gave words of encouragement to my daughter which made us really touched. She is highly recommended! Lots of love for Doctor Chan!

This clinic and Dr. were my saving grace today. After going to the AMK branch where i was told the waiting time was est. 1.5 hours, they recommended calling the Mt Alvernia branch to see if i can see a doctor quicker. Fortunately there was no one there so i rushed over and was able to get my son checked on as he had difficulty breathing due to his cough which triggered an asthmatic reaction. Dr. Chan grasped the medical history of me and my child very quickly and listened to everything i told her. She asked the right questions and got the nurse to administer the nebulizer on my son to clear his airways. It was a real struggle since my son did not want to cooperate but both Dr. Chan and the nurses were incredibly patient and understanding. I'm so glad i found this clinic and Dr Chan. She calmly explained the situation to me and assured me he isn't in immediate critical danger as long as we treated him on the spot. If i didnt have her help, i would be beside myself with fear and worry. There is nothing more scary than knowing your child is struggling to breathe. I will definitely be back for my son's future medical needs.

My kids have been seeing Dr Chan since birth and this is really the best PD clinic out there. Minimal waiting time (usually) even for walk-ins, Dr Chan is quick yet clear and very caring, nurses are very friendly and caring (huge contrast from the branch at Tiong Bahru) and every experience is a pleasant one. I remember one time when it was the peak of Covid and I had to bring my younger child for her vaccination. The nurse directed us to wait in one of their rooms instead because there were many ill older children outside. We are so impressed and feel so secure we chose to do both sets of vaccinations with Dr Chan. Highly recommended!!
